I don't like the way things changed a few yrs ago most mail carriers don't even wear uniforms.since when did phat pharm or fubu become *proper attire * for work uniforms? I watched the mail woman come down my street abot 230 . Waited patiently for her just to watch her drive past my house so I followed her when she finally stopped I asked why she didn't deliver my package? She stated she had to take care of a few things and would return WTF? she finally returned about 845 pm. If I buy anything online and they use usps I won't buy their products- enough is enough

Mailed a card inside the lobby of the post office on Warm Springs Rd.this past week. The card included money as a birthday gift addressed to a relative near Newnan. Found out today that the card arrived with a slit in the top and no money inside. The relative saw the card put in her home box which had a secure lock and took it out immediately. It appears that this theft had to take place by a postal worker at some point in transit or sorting. Mailed cash since a friend had a check stolen out of an outdoor mailbox last year. The check was whitewashed with the amount significantly altered and deposited out of state. Looks like there is no safe way to mail anything.

Sadly, USPS is terrible at resolving any mail issues you may have. They change mail carriers so frequently and the employees are not trained on where their routes are and the addresses. I live at an address with the house number clearly on the house. They continue to deliver to the wrong address, not deliver at all, or I never receive my packages or mail. I have filed 5 phone complaints and been down to the office in my area 1 time. I am going down again on Monday morning after another package delivery issue to file ANOTHER complaint and speak with delivery manager. If you call, you can’t get help or reach anybody in their office. People never call you back from complaints. It’s pointless. They do not care. Then when you go down to the post office to get help they hand you a form and don’t want to let you speak to anybody. You never hear anything back. Just do yourself a favor and pay more on your packages and use Fed Ex or UPS because USPS postal mail will fail you and you will just end up frustrated and with lost packages.

Worthless is all I can say about this post office and their mail carriers here in Columbus Georgia it has been 3 days since a mail carrier has been on my street they think they can pick and choose when they deliver mail and it’s ridiculous if I don’t receive my mail tommorow I’m calling every news station within 100 miles I’m tired of you lazy entitled government workers do your jobs my 3 year old is more competent than you

Absolute trash delivery personnel and office staff. Weekends packages are always “out for delivery” and then 1 minute before the deadline changed to “ Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible.” My driveway is never blocked and I have a 7 car driveway with 2 cars and a 5ft wide path to my front door neither are ever blocked. No one at the office ever answers their phone and you have to physically drive to the post office to even speak to anyone. They never help when you do, they just blame the service on “lazy drivers” this is awful.

What do you have to do to get a real person on the phone? I’ve called every number available and still have not been able to speak to a real person!! My mother died and I need to take care of her bills. I don’t have the time or energy to keep trying to get someone on the phone and I do not live in Columbus so I can’t just drop by. Beyond frustrating when I’m already emotional from losing my mother.

The mail carrier that is assigned to our route refuses to follow the rules of our office. When asked if he had signed in he became rude and loud. then refused to leave packages. His job is to deliver our mail not choose where to deliver it.

Our delivery service unsatisfactory at best. Over the past year or so many times we don’t receive our mail or we receive someone else’s mail or we get no mail at all. Did not receive my mail on last Monday 1 Feb and on 6 Feb did not receive my tax document. I have inform so I know what i should get daily. This problem needs to be address immediately. How do I get my tax document

My mail carrier is very rude. She placed several pieces of mail in my mail box of people who didn't live at my address so I wrote wrong address and placed it back in the mailbox. She has since written all over my mail stating "Don't write on other people's mail just put it in the box!" Since when is it not proper etiquette to write wrong address or person moved???

My mail was NOT PICKED UP AGAIN today! This is the THIRD TIME IN 17 DAYS! My little neighborhood is the last on the route & our mail arrives well after 6:00 most days. Obviously, YOUR ROUTE PLAN DOES NOT WORK‼️‼️ Fix it! Change the route! This has happened a number of other times this year for which I can give you the dates! I called Milgen and reported the second failure on November 3,2020. I await your reply.

I am distressed over some recurrences, happening several times, in dealing with post office handling of first-class deliveries to my address. Recently, an item I had ordered was sent back to QVC without attempting to deliver it. An item I ordered for a Christmas gift was transferred to 31907 on November 4. I cannot reach your telephone number; no answer, after several attempts; the 800 # is a joke (no surprise there). In case anyone actually reads e-mails, the tracking # is 9261299993659055311291544. If "comments" are truly not read by postal employees, why bother?

My MEDICATION was NEVER delivered to my house, even though the tracking number states that it was delivered in the 11th. It is currently the 21st and I have never received my package containing my medication. Not one single time that I called was a phone call answered. I’ve only gotten the automated calling service menu that all eventually lead to the same message... it’s not our fault, Corona Virus. I NEED this medication. Someone needs to tell me where it went.

this is not the first time this has happened. but my package was literally left at my front door WIDE OPEN! box was open, and you can see where it was taped shut but someone deliberately cut it open and pieces to the outdoor tent that I assume was originally IN the packaged tent was sitting ontop of the open box. This is ridiculous. This tent was suppose to be for our family beach trip!!! All i have to say is, I sure hope all of the pieces to my tent are in this OPEN BOX!!!!

My package was supposed to arrive 04/25. Said it didn't have access and would try next business day. It is now 04/30 and I manually requested a redelivery for today. My package is still not delivered. This is ridiculous.

The Milgen Rd. number is NEVER answered, how are you supposed to schedule an appointment for passport??? This is why the USPS should go out of business. They don't care about customers.

don't believe that the number above will get you anywhere. It won't. You'd think there would be more ways to contact these folks, but no way. It's the government at its finest
