We have been residents at 359 apison rd nw for 20 years and until recently have never had an issue with our mail delivery. We also maintain a P O Box at the post office. My concern is with items from Amazon being forced into the mail box instead of delv'd to the porch. I recognize some things oversized delivered to the PO box are to large (prescriptions from VA) are left in the pickup boxes and a key is left in the P O Box...I have no issue with this...and appreciate the effort by staff to get meds delivered ASAP. The issue with delv to our mail receptacle only began when changes were made in staff.....how can we help with this issue...some paper mail has been ripped trying to get it out...so boxes could be squashed and gotten out of the mailbox at our driveway. T Y for your help.
