Mailed one package at xmas... not a very big box...48.00 Then it sat at the Atlanta post office 3 days, without moving... totally unacceptable... one the price, two the slow delivery... I will say I will from now on , not ship a package through them... I mean come on, Amazon 2 days.... Also still waiting on a package from 12/16.. Paid xtra shipping , still have not received it.... No wonder the post office is in trouble...

Everyday the mail deliverer leaves one of my packages on their truck. I can clearly see it's out for delivery but then it doesn't get delivered until the next day or later. Incredibly unprofessional.

Yesterday I sent a package overnight from Reading PA to Cartersville GA, and the receipt the Salesperson gave me stated I paid for 2 day shipping and the package would not arrive overnight. In fact, it would be a day late. The Salesperson was so angry that I arrived five minutes prior to closing, she refused to answer my questions, treated me horribly, and continued to insist my package would be delivered on-time or I could request a refund. I was a mess worrying the package was going to be late, so I decided I would re-ship the documents today unless I could get a straight answer. Today I contacted the Cartersville Post Office, and the woman who answered was amazing! I did not explain any of this to her. I simply asked her if my package was going to be delivered tomorrow before three, and she checked, went to look for my package, and came back to tell me it would actually be delivered TODAY! Like night and day speaking to her versus the woman here at our hometown location. I am so grateful I am not missing the deadline, and I am glad I called, because now I can stop worrying!

I spoke with Dana Roebuck on 7-26-2017 and she was very short and hasty on the phone with me; quite impatient as I explained that a very important piece of mail with delivered to the wrong address in a totally different subdivision and address. Ms. Dana Roebuck was non-chalant and kept asking that she not be on speakerphone so she could understand me better (right! - unbelievable!!). After speaking with Dana Roebuck I didn't feel any better about the call, the subject I called about or having talked to her (she lacks people skills in my opinion). Without any success with Dana Roebuck I asked for her superior and she stated it was Rita Reed - Manager of Post Office. I am looking forward to receiving a call soon to hear if Ms. Rita Reed will come across a lot better than Ms. Dana Roebuck did. In this day and time there are many that could care less about your personal information and the results if that information ended up in the wrong hands...I felt that way after speaking to Ms. Dana Roebuck - totally out of touch and she is the Postmaster of Kingston, GA.! OMGosh!!
