The whole team from the Little 5 points Moreland post office just helped our business so much! We were on Good Morning America with our VibraCool Pain relief product, and had been warned to expect a flood of orders. Um, about 4500! We had ordered a pick up, but no one showed up. When I called Mr. Cole, he said he'd send someone right away. The most lovely man, Deaundre, came and helped us with the first batch and said he'd come back. That afternoon we had about 1000 packages, Reginald and Deaundre came with two vehicles. They were SO helpful, friendly, solution-oriented, and nice - we really were proud of Atlanta! Aisha and Erica helped us with the last of the packages Monday, and they were BOTH so delightful and pleasant even though I'm sure it was after their quitting time. Really, amazing job! (And shout out to Ms. Sandra, who has been our carrier for years.)

I would like to commend Jose Perez. Last month, Oct 2016. I sent a package to my daughter at a Mayson Ave NE address but one digit was wrong on the zip code. I live in Columbia, SC but was on vacation in Fla. The package was marked "unable to deliver" . I contacted the 800 tracking and explained the problem and they gave me the number to the 30317 post office.464 373 2164. Unfortunately, a very rude woman refused to help me at all. She would not allow me to give her the tracking number and kept telling me that she could do nothing about it because the trucks were still out and she had no way to check it. She had a rude, condescending attitude and I did not get her name. She told me when the package came in that it would be returned to SC. I pleaded with this woman that there was only one wrong digit in the zip code- instead of 30317 it should be 30307 . She was given all pertinent info. She was not having it and adamant she was not helping me. Well, yes I was very upset and I hung up and called again. this time a male voice answered and I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were all in the field. The person I was speaking to identified himself as Jose Perez. This gentleman was so polite and he allowed me to explain my concern/situation that I had sent a package to my daughter in NE Ata with the wrong zip. 30317 but was suppose to be 30307. Mr Perez asked me to hold on. It took him a few minutes but he came back to the phone to inform me that he was still looking for the package. Mr. Perez came back a second time and said he found the package asked me who the recipient was and what zip code it needed to go to and he corrected that one digit in the zip code and assured me the package would be sent out the next day. I asked him if I could write something to his supervisor for this great customer service and he replied. Ma'am, you don't have to do anything this is my job and I enjoy doing it. Anyway, the package arrived the next day as he stated and it was an awesome relief for myself and my daughter. I don't know why the black woman ( I am black too)was so negative, unfriendly and unhelpful but I hope she gets a customer service refresher as well as phone etiquette. On the other hand, please recognize Mr. Perez for his great customer service. Thank you for the opportunity to write this review.
