Postal Locations

I'm not getting my mail because the mail is getting into another mailbox. THE DRIVER NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO ADDRESS ON IT

I filed a complaint, wrote a negative review and last month filed a verbal complaint at the local office - mailbox is still been left open and wet mail and again the same thing today. Complaints fall on deaf ear and the post master is not able or will not correct this ongoing issue. How many more complaints do I need to file. Maybe I should put a huge note on the box instructing the carrier to close the freaking box. How difficult can be to open the box , put in the mail and then close it back,THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. A ten yr old could do that simple task. So why is it so hard for the carrier to perform. He/ She took a test to get the job, but puts my neighbor mails in my box - I am not get paid to delivery mail when I come home and I did not apply for the position. The post office only hires DUMMY to delivery the mail. Maybe somebody need to write a Dummy book for postal carrier and a Dummy book for the position of post/ general master. It's obvious the Americus postal carriers and post master are genuine Dummies.
