To: Postmaster From: Annette Conley, 1292290 Re: Alto post office I'm an inmate at Lee-Arrendale, Alto, Ga. I rec'd mail from Brunswick, Ga. with one stamp. I completed the paperwork and returned it to the Bwk. address in a .69 pre-paid envelope. However, the Alto post office returned it to me w/additional postage due .15. There were 2 other envelopes with less pages in them & they were returned also, .15 due. I mailed a 4th envelope with only 5 pages & it was returned to me on 6-23-20. This isn't the first time this has happened. Others have similar complaints and prison officials told us to contact the post office. Please look into this matter. Thank you very much. A. Conley
