Terrible excuse for a US Post Office. Why are the outside collection boxes taped shut. Also, why are the inside boxes taped shut. Is the staff too lazy too empty?

I seem to be missing mail based on the daily USPS Informed Delivery daily digest. Beginning this week, I am not receiving over 75% of what I am supposed to be getting. This includes bills, statements, and even important tax information, but I am still getting junk mail. I tried calling the Post Office but nobody answered. Is there something new going on with delivery service? I am concerned about where those mail items may have ended. up.

This post office has improved so much the last 3 months - They are busy but the ladies at the front counter are always so nice - Packages I drop off are well taken care of and get to where they need to go - These folks work hard and may be tired and have a lot of packages but they do their best and go above and beyond to be nice and helpful Thank you so much for the great service

9/13 I can't believe I drove to the Old Milton Pkwy post office to place my mail in the drive up drop box and they were closed off With COVID on the rise again; making each person enter the building can't be a sensible plan Isn't anyone back to work?

I went to your post office this morning 9/7/2010. The line was very, very long. There was only one woman working at the front, someone came to retrieve the carrier full of packages and never returned the empty bin, several people were holding their packages waiting to drop them off. THAT ONE WOMAN, went to the back to bring in an empty bin. She was filling two positions, taking care of the customers and doing what someone else's job. I would think that at this point THE USPS SUPERVISOR FROM ALPHARETTA WOULD HAVE STEPPED IN TO HELP THIS WOMAN. ALPHARETTA USPS zip 30009-9998 IS BADLY ORGANIZED.

I’m not sure which office to contact. I’m having a terrible time receiving my packages at my condo cluster box. Our mailwoman consistently delivers packages to incorrect boxes if at all. I get my neighbors packages on a regular basis. I’m not sure who gets mine, but it’s not me. There is MUCH more but when I speak to someone with a formal complaint, I will describe. This is beyond a simple mistake.

Our Mailperson delivered mail to the wrong houses yesterday. What is going on there? How do we know that we aren't missing mail? This is a huge issue! How are these issues being handled?

No mail past 4 days in Brierfield area of Alpharetta GA 30004. Why is their no mail delivery? Post office reponsible for late charges imposed on customers depending on the mail.

Worst post office in the world!! I run a business and request a package pickup the night before. 90% of the time the carrier never shows up. If by chance they do my priority package sometimes receives a scan 3 to 5 days later. Packages says it's in transit and most sometimes package stays never changes. No one answers the phone when you try to call, USPS number opens the case but there is never any follow up on their end. And what is even worse is all my packages that are delivered I receive open in some way, like they are looking through it before delivery. I just moved to Georgia and have never had an issue before with my mail prior to moving here. This entire location needs to be revamped, especially these postal carriers.

We have not received any mail for over a week now except for medicines and some items from Amazon. We are currently experiencing no mail being delivered to us. We were told that the regular delivery person is sick and a substitute is delivering but so far nothing except medicines were delivered. Please check. Thanks!!

I have not had any mail delivered in a week. I keep getting the emails showing I have mail coming on a daily basis with the photo images, yet my mailbox remains empty. No one at the post office answers the phone, so I can't get resolution to what is going on. I have tried calling USPS and they tell me they'll "send a message" to inquire as to what is up, but I never hear from anyone ever for follow-up. Is mail delivery optional now?

We have not had mail delivery in almost a week. CRAZY! I am going to show up at the post office in the morning, you better have my mail. Larkspur Subdivision 416 Manor Ridge View. I run a business and I have a boatload of checks out there right now. Unacceptable!

Said they attempted delivery yesterday at 7:55 pm. I was home and no one rang doorbell or knocked. Also said package was returned to post office per my request. That is not true. No one answers phone so I don't know where package is.

WORST run business ever! Said they delivered a package & never got it. Submitted an inquiry only to be told it was delivered. It wasn't! Have called this post office for over a week to try and get help to find package and they never answer the phone.

claimed they attempted delivery at 7:30 at night, we were home and ring doorbell did not show them ever arriving at my home they switched tracking to say attempted delivery which is a lie then said returned to office per customers request also a lie. now the item is listed as lost undeliverable. can not get anyone to answer the phone there its a real joke with them, I am sure my package is either in a ditch somewhere or in the carriers house. how can you be so incompetent? time to file a complaint with our representative.

This Post Office is a very poor excuse for what is considered an "essential" business. First, it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, the area outgrew the Post Office building many years ago and there is always a line with no attempt by the workers to try to work more efficiently....at times they just disappear. Numerous times I have received notification that items were "delivered" and what time they were delivered per the tracking number on the USPS website when, in fact, they were not. Numerous times recently we have had no mail service as the mail in the "informed delivery" e-mail was not delivered and mail that I put out to be picked up was still in the box the following morning. We also quite often receive mail that was incorrectly delivered to our address even though it was addressed correctly which makes me wonder how much of our mail might have been delivered to someone else. Is this really the best that they can do?

This post office NEVER answers their phone. We have put in several "change of address" notices over the last 4 months. We still get almost nothing from them. We have called them day after day, all day. They either don't answer or hang up on you without talking to you. I'm pretty sick of it. I want to file a complaint but it's not an easy task. Jumping through hoops is a better description of trying to get my mail forwarded. I am determined to complain. Just know if you have any issues from this post office in 30004, your work is cut out for you.

Worst PO ever........The outside drop box has been taped shut for over a month. I went in to complain and tyhey told me it's under investigation because someone has been stealing mail from it........If the werent so lazy and emptied it more than nobody would be able to steal the mail that overflows from it. They could put another box outside so people didnt have to park to drop mail off. The parking there is terrible too. Everything about this PO is bad.

Been standing in line now for nearly 30 minutes. The line is out the door. There are still seven people ahead of me and only one employee helping people. It’s 10 days before Tax Day... ugh.

This morning I attempted to put mail in the outside drop boxes about 8:30 AM . They were so full of mail that the car in front of me had his mail fall out on the ground. I picked it up when he left and had to cram the overflowing mail in to get his mail and mine in the box. This isn't the first time that has happened and apparently the boxes aren't being emptied as they should be, so mail is being left accessible and unsecured. This situation needs to be corrected immediately.Postmaster wasn't in today to speak to about this .

This is by far the most inefficient post office I have ever seen in my lifetime. Our mail from 1 Dondanville Road 108 in Saint Augustine, Fl 32080 was supposed to be forwarded to 310 Carybell Lane from December 4, 2018 until January 22, but I changed that date recently to February 22. During the time between December 4 and December 17, I had 10 packages sent back to the seller after several of them arrived at this post office. I have had to spend up until now trying to get back my refunds because some of the companies showed tracking at your post office and refused to believe I did not receive the packages. It has now almost been resolved after over a month of hassle. Most have finally ok'd my refunds but, there are still a few that will not acknowledge that this could have happened. On top of this, of course, Christmas was very disappointing as many of my family members didn't receive the presents that they were supposed to receive. I have in my possession all the tracking materials from emails that show many of these packages should have been delivered from our postal carrier. Now, on top of everything else, our son just moved into an apartment and changed his address as an INDIVIDUAL, NOT FAMILY from 310 Carybell Lane to his new address on December 26 and he just received our mail for Thomas and Carol Vaughn at his new address for the last 2 days, 1/3/19 and 1/4/2019. Your post office had no right to forward our mail to our son's new address and where you got that permission I would really be interested to know because it is really illegal to send personal mail to someone else with no authority. I've noticed that your post office has had several complaints to the point of only receiving 2 of 5 stars and several bad reviews. You also have a phone number that no one answers at any time because many of us have tried calling for days with no answer or a busy signal. All of this is totally irresponsible and your office needs to be doing something about all of this. I wouldn't even be surprised if your office may still have some of my missing packages. One just arrived at my son's apt today that was supposedly missing for 2 weeks. I ordered it again and now it seems that it is showing up after I've paid for it again. You work for the government and you are required to follow protocol for mail delivery and you are not doing it. I may have to file a claim against your post office for negligence.

Busy signal, who doesn't have a better way in today's age? I called teh national hotline as the USPS has lost my package by leaving it unattended in a mailbox and gave someone else a key to the same mailbox. I callled them to address the issue and was told I would be on hold between 1:03 hours and 1:07 hours. Are you freaking kidding me. Absolute clown show.

I have tried calling this branch of post office in Alpharetta Ga. 30009 4 times today and have let the phone ring probably up to 25 times each time and no one picks up the phone. I have a very important matter to discuss with whoever brings my mail and will now have to take time off my job and go there in person.

Again and again and again. This new carrier delivers packages to the ground by the mailbox on a busy street. Like all the other carriers and former postal person why doesn't he deliver to the house. Last week, I had a very important motor coming. I virtually stayed home all day. Then I find a delivery notice in the mail box that I must pick it up. That cost us well over $1,000.00. Today same thing. Please do something. So many people hope UPS or FDX would take over the post office and end the terrible service and the don't give a damn attitude. Government employees. NO accountability.

Seems like when you go in there is a line out the door, they have 4 or 5 counters but only 1 or 2 people working the counter ... kind of like Walmart ... 2 out of 30 checkstands open while people are lined up trying to check out.

Horrible Customer Service. Tried calling the local Post Office in Alpharetta, Ga on Old Milton for 2 days straight I've tried calling their direct number and the line is constantly busy. The Post Office could careless about their customers. They claim they've made delivery attempts and never show up or tag my front door. Don't bother getting in contact with them over the phone... they won't answer the phone no matter if you call during their business hours. Post Office please learn how to please your customers like great companies like FedEx and UPS!!
