The postal workers for my neighborhood are HORRIBLE. Everytime I have a package delivered and I am not home they NEVER leave a notice for me to pick up my package from the postal office. Also they never check the outgoing mailbox. Lazy postal workers

For over one year, we have tried to get what was promised. Which is packages put in a larger box, with the key left in our P.O.Box. We are told...employees are new, forget to do it, the larger boxes were in use (never true). Part of getting a P.O. Box was not having to wait in lines. Our box goes up in cost every year (we've had it for 3 yrs), but the service gets worse. I don't mind paying more, as long as I get what was promised. Getting my mail early (by 10:30), not having to wait to pick up small packages. It's a joke. Service needs to get it right.
