I can and call...nothing. I signed a Cert Receipt 5 days ago....no letter in my box. Nobody answers the phone. PATHETIC. FIRE THEM ALL.

Noone picks up phone...ever. After 7 rings in goes to a fax sound. So I dont drive there to p/u a certified letter and be told that the letter carrier has not returned from her route.

Not had much dealings with the actual post office but their mail carrier is by far the worse in the county. She over stuffs our mail box to where it won’t close. She refuses to come drop larger packages off at the house but marks them delivered. Without fail at least once a month we have to hunt down “delivered” packages. This has been going on for 10 years. Complaint after compliant and no change.

There is only one clerk working here and she does your appointment between customers. Also they do not have a camera to take passport photos, which is not stated on the website when making an appointment.
