THIS IS NOT A REVIEW BUT ONE STEP AWAY FROM PUTTING THIS EXACT THING I SAY TO YOU ON THE BBB AND CONTACTING WHATEVER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES HANDLE THIS POSTAL BRANCH......I HAD MY MAIL DELIVERED TODAY 7/27/23, AT OUR HOME WHICH INCLUDED PACKAGE(S) THE MAIL PERSON WAS A BLACK WOMAN IN A GRAY COLORED VAN.....FIRST SHE STOPS AT THE MAIL BOX.....THEN TURNS IN HERE THE "FIRST" THING I ASKED WAS DID YOU PUT THE MAIL IN THE BOX SHE REPLIES "NO I HAVE IT ALL HERE" SHE GIVES ME A BOX AND LOSE MAIL.......I BRING IT IN WATCH HER GO BY IN AN OPPOSITE DIRECTION TURN AROUND AND COME BACK AND STOP AT OUR BOX AGAIN!!!!!!!! INSTEAD OF BRINGING THE REST OF THE PACKAGE UP HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE SHE PUTS THE LONE PACKAGE IN THE BOX .......I AM ON A WALKER WITH COPD BUT TRY NOT TO LEAVE ANY PACKAGE TYPE STUFF IN OUR MAIL BOX.....I HAD TO TRY AND MAKE IT OUT TO THE BOX......WHICH TOOK SEVERAL TRIES...... DONT START WITH THE DISABLED STICKERS AND ALL THAT STUFF I KNOW ABOUT THEM ......SHE SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED "THAT" ONE LONE PACKAGE WITH THE REST .....NOW "IF" I DO NOT HEAR FROM THIS DEPARTMENT I WILL GO TO A GOVERNMENT AGENCY THAT CAN POSSIBLY TEACH YOUR MAIL CARRIERS "HOW" TO DELIEVER MAIL AND REPORT IT TO THE BBB ILL BE AWAITING YOUR REPLY

I need to get your email to the one in Silver Springs I was supposed to get a package and it did not come I do not have it my address is 16296 Northeast 13th Lane Silver Springs Florida 34488 my phone number is 352-659-6159

This post office is NOT CLOSED for business. Operations running according to normal business hours Monday through Saturday. Great office very fast, friendly and efficient.

Worst post office. Clerks do not like to scan large numbers of packages, if they dont like you your package goes "missing". Do not reccomend using this facility.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? WHAT LOUSY SERVICE. I DID NOT REQUEST THAT MY PACKAGES BE HELD. LIAR!!!

My son just came to the area. Would like to get P.O. Box but he is homeless at the present time. Came to the area to find work. Why can't he get a P.O. Box? I live in Winchester, Ky & would be willing to pay for the box. thank you
