In the past 2 years. Package sent to me that required my signature. I found the package a few days later (after I called the post office that it was not delivered and “informed delivery “ said it had been) in a postal box in our community mail room. The package was signed for alright, but not by me and the idiot that signed it even misspelled my last name. Incident 2: $200 Amazon card did not arrive. Called amazon and put a stop on it. Amazon tracking showed it as “delivered “. Incident 3: my sister sent a check for $1378. This was also marked “delivered “ on informed delivery. She put a “stop payment “ on the check. Incident 4: package that required signature. My sister got a message from post office that I requested the package be held and wanted to to know why. I told her I never knew a package had been sent to me and certainly DID NOT request the package be held at the Post Office. Bunch of incompetents working there. And are probably dishonest as the coup de gras. This post office needs a complete retraining program and background check.

This post office is out of control and it is because of the Postmaster Stacy D. (Brinson) Robinson she has a bad attitude and refuses to do anything to help. My house burned down and I run a small business, 7 weeks has gone by and still no mail delivered to my new address. I confronted her about it and she hung up on me! Now I went to meet her face to face and refuses to give me my mail, states its in the forwarding process. Then shows me where the USPS cancelled my change of address. When I asked her how this happened she said I don't know the post office did it. Well she is the Postmaster and won't look into it nor help. told me to go home, pay $1.50 and change my address there. Seems like a cheap money grab and people refusing to do work, now I guess we are postal carriers too, lol. Selfcheck out at the post office.

Very incompetent staff here. I had refused package they failed to return and sent it back to me again by mistake. Upon receiving it again I did to realize it was the refused package they had promised to return to sender. I inadvertently opened it and then realized it was the same package they had promised to return. When I took it back again, they refused to return it because I had opened it (due to their fault) and charged me to send it back to the sender. Totally incompetent staff at this post office!

We have live here for the last 10 years. During that time the personnel that work at this Post Office have changed, but one thing is the same. The personnel are always friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to be helpful.

No customer service at all at this branch. Voice mailbox is full and you can not leave a message, nor can you get anyone on the phone. Tracking says package was delivered, No it wasn't. And I can not get anyone to respond from the local USPS Office.

I have a package that's entirely missing, and I have received zero communication regarding it from the post office. Tracking says delivery was attempted on Jan 23, but that our driveway was blocked (though it was not at all), and that delivery will be reattempted on the next business day. Seven days later, and I am still waiting.

The reason I like this store is because they are like family...and really do care about your needs. They are all about friendly smiles and top notch service while answering those silly questions we as customers somehow invent. Great bunch of people who have it together with a whole lot of old fashion customer service with a smile. You guys are the best..of the best.

I had a gift from Macy’s sent to my granddaughter and the address was printed as 145 instead of 135 and the carrier sent it back. The name was listed and should have been known to the post office.

I have had an on going problem with my mail carrier in the past few months. There have been numerous occasions when I have put mail in my mail box, put the flag up and came home only to find the mail I needed to send out was still in my mailbox and my flag was still up. That's fine if they don't stop when I don't have mail to be dropped off, but when I have mail waiting to go out, it needs to be picked up. That IS their job after all. It happened again today and every time this seems to happen it is a time critical piece of mail that needs to be some where by a specified time. Do you job and pick up my mail because I'm really getting tired of being griped at by an x-wife who wants her dang alimony check.
