I’ve currently been trying to call for over an hr and all I get is the busy signal . Had a package say delivered on the 29th and never got it , still haven’t gotten it . I need this issue resolved . Can’t really do that when I can’t even get anyone to answer the call .

Hi, I'm not why we keep getting someone else's mail to my mailbox but, it needs to stop. I wrote wrong address on the piece of mail and placed in the out going drop box. The piece of mail needs to be delivered to the next community up the street at Celery Estates. I am at 520 Casa Marina Place. The intended address is at 520 Bella Rosa Circle.

Hello, We are at 3400 St Johns Parkway suite 1020. I had a UPS package miss delivered and so I went to all the suites in the complex. What i found out is the USPS is very bad and much worse than UPS at getting the mail and packages to the right address to the point most companies have a formal SOP on how to handle the issue. Some have even posted notes in their mail box. I am sure now that you are aware you too will find this unacceptable. I don't know if it is a lack of help or a lack of pride and accountability in the work done but this should be looked into as a matter of pride as this type of performance only helps perpetuate the bad reputation earned in this complex. I hope someone there takes this seriously but we will see if the performance is a mistake or an accepted practice by the Post Master. My brother was a Post Master for 40 years and I promise this would not happen in his office long. He took great pride in being part of the Post Office and expected that from all of his team. This has happened several times now and I’m STILL unsure how it can happen. I live in a community that has a designated mail center. One of the communal mailboxes was left with both doors wide open. Exposing everyone’s mail. I’m not sure how the delivery person load the mail and does not notice how it is left unsecured??!!

I have called about this problem but it seems to persist. The carrier places package on the back of my mailbox on the road. Often there are missing or in the ditch full of water. If you can't deliver packages to the door then leave a note to pickup at the post office. The shipper should not have to pay for your short coming.

I would like to report a mail carrier driving in an excessive speed (well over the 25mph residential zone) on New York St and Michigan Ave in Sanford, FL today at approximately 1:10pm which is really strange since today is a holiday (Columbus Day-10/11/21) and no mail delivery service is scheduled for today. We are also extremely disappointed with our mail service because there have been multiple occasions of our mail not being received by intended senders and we are constantly receiving other people's mail in our mailbox. There appears to be a severe lack of attention to detail in your service. Please fix it!

I would like to report the mail carrier that "delivered " a package around 4:10 pm Wednesday the 8th. He pulled up my drive wY and through the package up the sidewalk instead of getting out of his truck to bring the package up to the door. I caught him throwing the package and immediately went out the door to confront him. I told him I was going to report him. He took off. Please take care of this carrier.

I just checked the mail to find a key for the package box. I discovered the package is not mine. It clearly says another address. I can't reach any one by phone at the post office. And I can't put the package back because once you use the key it locks. I tried to deliver to the address but he has a gate locked that goes down a long wooded driveway. I left a note.

I have had trouble with this PO since June 2020. They refused to believe that mail could be forwarded to Canada even though it is stated in USPS documents. It took be 4 months to get my mail forwarded AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLY RUDE TO ME PERSONALLY. They never answer the phone so you cannot ask them anything. Also the headquarters of USPS in Tampa never answers the phone. Now I requested that my mail be held but it is not being held at this time.

Our package was supposed to be delivered to Sanford NC, but instead it made it all the way to a parcel locker in Sanford FL! Tried calling the Florida office and no one answering the phone!!! I’m a mail carrier too so this shouldn’t have never made it through all the different processes to the wrong state in the first place!!! The mail carrier should have been paying attention as the last resort to fix this!!! Very important package and now we will probably never see it!!! Just a pathetic excuse for an office if no one can even answer a phone to get a problem fixed in the first place!!! Not happy!!!!

We have been at the same location for 20 plus years. 602 W. 27th Street Sanford FL 32773. We know our mail carrier well. I assume she is on vacation or is out sick. TODAY a mail carrier walked into our office with NO MASK. We have plenty of signage on the door which says MASKS are required. He seemed to be annoyed that we asked about his mask.

Has to be the worst mail people in the country. Tired of mail delivered to wrong address. Can not get a hold of them by phone. Just had my over the counter drugs brought to me by someone in the park where they delivered my mail to them. This is a constant problem but nothing gets done to correct the problem.

I live in the city of Sanford and have a bald, young, delivery man. He used to deliver the mail on a normal time, now it is past 5;00. This is pathetic. Tell him to quit sleeping in and get to work or I will report this to a higher power, and you may laugh, but I do have the power to do so.

Employees working for USPS in Sanford have not responsibility, and working very sloppy. Many times they deliver my mail wrong mailbox . And last week they deliver my package go to some where else, I have not received it , and I went to post office asked them what happened my package? They're said that they will call me and let me know, but they never did. I don't know who to ask

We have been trying to get a package for two days out of the big box on our kiosk. The key is broken off and we can't get in touch with anyone. The local office doesn't answer the phone and the national "customer no-service" line has a 30-40 minute hold. Can't wait to get a response to this email in two to three weeks. Notably my husband has a broken leg and his brace is in the box.

Called this morning @9 and no one answered the phone. Got a hold of someone @9:15& wanted to talk to a delivery supervisor about my package & said there was no one available & didnt offer assistance and gave me a phone number to another location . No sense on having a phone number if no one picks up the phone! Frustrating!

Your right! why do they have a phone number listed if no one is going to answers. I called 5 times, it's enough to piss you off when your trying to find out where the heck is your parcel? Also called the 800 number only to be put one hold for 20 mins. Got tired of waiting so I hung up. What a shame to be treated like that from your USPS. Shame Shame on you!!! Get it together, in this day in age this should not be happening!

Still happening, cant get them to pick up to save my life. They deliver packages to my place all the time, and the one time they decide they arent going to leave a package on my porch they dont want to pick up.
