why can I not speak to a real live person regarding an issue. I call, it says its going to the operator, rings a few times and hangs up. no wonder people are not using the usps anymore. can't get any help. trying for 5 days to get a package rerouted to my new address or for them to hold it at the post office for me to pick up, but no luck. now its out for delivery, at the wrong address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The postal delivery here is incredibly incompetent, too late in the day (after 5pm) or sometimes not at all. It's been like this for at least 2 years. Two different deliveries for one community. Banks and businesses are closed. Bills can not be paid for those of us waiting on checks, etc. The worst I've ever experienced in my lifetime.
