I live on Avenue J and have been into the Post Office to speak directly with an employee to report our Mail Carrier will not stop leaving all the mail of every past occupant of my address. and it still hasn't been taken care of. I am missing important mail dated or response, because there is so much crammed into my box that they go unnoticed. I am the owner of this residence and this has been a problem since we purchased it in Sept. I was writing "return to sender" and putting the mail that isn’t mine back into the box w/the flag up - even tho it's my understanding the p.o. labels the non-residents of each address "return to sender" so they won’t be delivered to our homes and we do not have to do this. But the mail carrier just continues dumping it all into my mailbox. I've changed to writing all in large caps: "NO SUCH PERSON AT THIS ADDRESS. Do not put their mail into my box" with “Do NOT leave past occupants' mail in my box.” The carrier just piles it all back into my box. This is daily. I want this to stop! Isn't it a Federal Crime to put things into mailboxes that do not belong there?

I would like to know what's going on with our mail delivery here in The Falls of Ormond Beach! For the last 2 days it has been delivered over 4 hours later than normal. We, as Senior citizens, rely on the constant delivery of our mail for many reasons!

Is the new delivery service for priority packages that don't fit in the mail box to just be thrown in your yard? Shame on the post office. What a joke you have become.

Do you accept payment by check? I'm doing an EDDM mailing this week and my company wants to pay by check directly to the USPS rather than me paying and then getting reimbursed.
