Dear Wendy B, The USPS is the epitome of government service. I have had money stolen, packages lost, and have never been able to speak to someone on the phone for any problem that has come about. They are absolutely horrible. I appreciate the service of the postal workers, but management is abhorrent and unacceptable.

I sent a package to this post office to my daughter for her birthday on 5/22/13. She never got the package. I've been dealing with inconsiderate postal employees, who can't explain to me what happened to my package. I was told that this post office sent the package back to me in Texas, but here we are 7/22/13 and I still haven't receive my package back. What happen to customer service and putting the customers first? I'm very disappointed in the postal service. I tried calling this post office at the number listed on the website and it rings and rings and rings. Nothing and no one can replace my daughters birthday... The postal service has ruined her birthday!!!!
