Our mail has not been picked up in two days. Why? I have bills waiting to be paid.

The doors to the retail area of the lobby is locked prior to the closing time. Because the priority mail packages display in the lobby is empty I asked if I can have priority envelope and was told I had to come back at 9 am. Nasty employees who cry that this location might be shut down but are not even putting forth an effort at customer service. This is possibly one of the worst locations out there.

Yesterday 08/05/2021 I was verbally attacked and humiliated by the employee called BERTIE and by another employee who I do not know the name of, they were very rude to me, I was afraid of their attitude towards me, I got very nervous and there are already several times the same thing happens. Please check the customer service of the employees in that office because that attitude is unacceptable.

Changing the lobby hours / access to box boxes from open 24 hours every day to closing at 6PM everyday is a drastic change. Not cool. No time to get to po boxes with traffic after work. PLEASE GIVE US MORE EVENING/WEEKEND HOURS TO GET TO OUR PO BOXES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
