I have been using informed delivery for 2 years now and every time I see my pictures of letters coming I get it that day or the day after. I have seen the letters for me and my sons social security cards for a week now. I clicked never received and they emailed me but asking me for a tracking number. How the hell fo I get a tracking number from a letter that was mailed to me? Why can’t they just look at the image they uploaded and see. I’m gonna definitely file a complaint because we have all of our important documents in them letters and it can be in God knows who’s hands

I agree I am disgusted . I can understand why they need to close there customer service to leave delivery instructions I have been trying since last night and ths morning by the time I got to speak to someone they told me I was too late. so I could not alert the driver where to leave my package and no one answers the post office,

I mailed my two packages on 12 10 20. At 1 p.m. in the afternoon at the Pembroke Pines office. My package left the Pembroke Pines office at 4:45 that afternoon and ended up going down the street to the Opa Locka Center it has been sitting there since December 11th and arrived at 8 p.m. this is f****** ridiculous. I even paid $98 and something cents with priority mail and it's still sitting in Florida I'm goddamn acceptable. Today is the 22nd is still sitting in Florida and has not gone anywhere f****** unbelievable

How do I find out about a simple birthday card sent in the mail on January 29, 2020. It was sent to Los Angeles, California. Called and waited on the phone here and on the phone in Los Angeles over 30 minutes. Just hung up the phone. Today is February 29,2020 and still the card has not made it yet. Can someone let me know where to see if the card is held up in their baskets at the post offices somewhere.

I keep getting other people's mail. How hard is it to recognize there is a difference in the words "Trace" and "Street" or the numbers "42nd" and "43rd"? One mistake once in a while is no biggie...one mistake a week is ridiculous. Please pay attention to what you are doing, Okeechobee Postal Carriers.

I received an email from Amazon.com that my package had been delivered Tues. at 5:25 pm in my mailbox. I went to the box, but there was no package. There are two boxes to hold large packages, the top one was locked. There was no key in my mailbox. I left a note to these facts taped to the box today. The mail has come, the top package box is open, but no package and no key. How do I recover the $75.00 I spent on shoes?

The okeechobee post office is a freaking joke. If the carrier doesn't feel like working, they just go home and you get no mail. If they have a package you have to sign for they expect you to wait out by the mailbox if you live in a park. They don't bother bringing to your trailer. Most of the carriers that deliver to my park have been delivering there for years and have no idea where you live.

10-23-18 Tried to call the office multiple times with no answer. A package sticker notice was left on my door. I filled it out and put it back into the box. I still have not received my package! The notice was put back into the box on Oct 19, 2018?

This post office is undoubtedly the worst in the state..possibly the whole country. I sent an overnight package out and they don't even know where it is after two days.. they cannot find it...they are inept to the extreme. I will never use usps for anything important again.

I am not very happy right now. Above retail hours are stated to be, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I just returned from a sixty-mile round trip only to read a sign on the door, Saturday hours 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Time to get it together folks!

You were probably never very happy... or very careful when you read things. Were you even on an official USPS site when you read those absurd Saturday hours? Common sense should tell you the post office isn’t going to be open all day on Saturday when hardly any offices or marketing publishers are ...which generate most of their mail. BTB It is only 10-12. What direction did you come from? Lorida is open later and Port St. Lucie is open until three on Saturday. Fort Pierce Main on CR68/Orange Ave is closed on Saturday but you wouldn’t want to go into that free fire zone ghetto any more often than you had to anyway. https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm

I am not complaining, I have a concern. I had TWO certified letters mailed to my winter address at 1275 Lake Drive West. Since I am back in OH, my mail is forwarded to OH. ONE certified letter came almost two weeks ago, the other one is not here. Will you please find out where the other certified letter is? This is the only place I say where I could send the message to you. I tried called all day 5/19 and no response. Just a busy signal. Finally gave up. Thank you for finding out what happened to this letter. It is extremely important. Edna Huston

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with! The people have delivered other peoples mail to my house and when I attempted to "return to sender" I was left a very rude note by my delivery person. I called the supervisor to let her know what was going on and her response was "We don't like to deal with that. We won't take it back. If you don't want their mail throw it out. If you put anything else in the box with return to sender we will stop delivery of your mail!!!", I am still having issues with this. Then today I went to the post office to send a package. I was lied to by the person behind the counter about the policies of my credit card (I am not sure why he tried to pass a post office policy off as a credit card policy). I called my credit card company & was told this was not a credit card policy. When I went back to speak with the postmaster I was AGAIN told the postmaster was unavailable. This is the worst post office I have ever worked with. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else if possible!

Never. WAY too much hard drug selling activity in their parking lot for decent Christian carriers to go NEAR the place. Or try calling P.O. @. 863-763-3616 I don’t know what the rest of these whiners and incompetents are doing wrong but they always answer when I call with questions ...and answer them completely and courteously.
