Postal Locations

The Post Master at the Odessa, Fl informed me on 11/29/2021 at 12:15 that the new postal contract states a postal carrier does not half to deliver mail on the fourth floor or above floors per contract states. If this is true, what good is it to have a post office? The department stores need to be informed of this practice so they can hire other carriers like Fed Ex, UPS, or Amazon to deliver their goods. What happens if you live in downtown Tampa and live on the 20th floor.? Please let the department stores Know the truth.

I am an Eagles community resident in Odessa. On 5/23/19 over 40 of my neighbors and I have received the Valpak coupons envelope that reads "it could contain $100 cash" all ripped with obvious tampering signs.
