Postal Locations

Scanned a package, dropped it off at counter after scanning, to date the package is not tracking at all, shows as if not even in system. Very disappointed, will stop in today and ask that the video be reviewed at that post office, possibly theft and I want answers. Sad, that they pay no attention to the mail that is dropped off.

I have tried to reach the Post Office today 25 times. The phone rings and rings and rings then goes busy. Very frustrating. I live in a condo building with over 300 apartments and my mail is constantly put in the public mail slot and not my LOCKED mail box. I have spoke to the mail carrier numerous times but it continues. Some of the mail is very sensitive and should NOT be put in a mail slot that anyone can access. PLEASE have mail carrier STOP this practice. For the second time in as many weeks there was no mail delivery to the more than 100 condominiums at the Palms Condominium, 2100 -- 2110 N Ocean Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33305. Yesterday, June 12, 2012 was the second time there was no mail delivery to the Palms Condominium. When will the Post Office resolve this ongoing problem?

The employees at the 3350 NE 12 Ave Oakland Park Post office FL are the worse! They never answer the phone (I need to ask if they are holding a package that doesnt fit into my P O Box or not) and they pick up the phone and HANG UP on customers over and over again! This is unbelievable! They are so rude. They dont deserve a job.

Mailman was driving down the road stopping at each house and was playing music so loud I could clearly hear it in my house. Other times he is on the phone talking loud when walking up to the house. this is the man that delivers to 1350 ne 47th Court. Something should be done about this disturbance

Morning, Hope all is well. The postal service for Oakland Park has the worse customer service in history. I moved into a rental property and the mail lady explained to me about putting a W on my mail which is fine. However, I order things from overseas all the time so there were a few packages that were already made/ordered by the time she told me. She then proceeded to leave a rude note on my mail. Which I brushed off. Now my little sister who was not aware the mail lady purposely returned the packages. She then when to the manager Takeisha was extremely rude and unprofessional. Running a business and being in the customer service field I feel that was inexcusable. The Oakland Park office needs a full customer service training.

This post office is a nightmare. I live across the street. 18 wheelers honk and drive down the street the wrong way. I’ve been in touch with mayor Sparks and Brad Ostroff. They’ve done nothing citing its “the post office”. I’m starting to hope they do go out of business. I will not vote for this mayor again. Useless

I TRIED FOR HALF DAY TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY MAIL COMING FROM THE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT FROM NEBRASKA WHICH IS A VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE AND SOMEONE HANK UP ON ME 4 TIMES!!!! THE GALT POST OFFICE ANSWER THE PHONE ON THE THIRD RING. THE EMPLOYS THAT WORK THERE DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO ETHICS, PROFESSIONALISM AND NO COMPASSION FOR OTHER. This is the worst post office. Mail carrier doesnt leave the mail. Been at Post office three times to find out why but no answer is ever provided!!!! Not a single envelope left in an empty box!!!!! No one ever answers the phone number so don't bother to call.

This has got to be the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only have we repeatedly "lost" cards with gift cards in them when mailed from our house but payments (e.g. mortgage, credit cards,etc)are always received late. We are now doing any mail thru FedEx. The extra cost provides the peace of mind. I also enjoyed the comment from our carrier when asked why we don't receive the flyers/coupons anymore I was told "Oh they are in the truck, do you want one?" Seriously?!?!?! I have lived in Oakland Park since 2003 and have only gone into our mail facility twice and each time have had problems with their staff ( not to mention that the place could use a fresh coat of paint) I would hope that someone other than the "manager" of this branch step in and do an inspection/clean up of this place

It says not to put personal information. So I am being vague. On 9/20/18 I received mailed for another address (all of it, none of it was for me) I don't know if it was a substitute or a new mail carrier. I have been expecting some packages. I just want to make sure. My mail is delivered to my address.

On Sunday 1-14-18 at 5:34 PM, I noticed a small postal vehicle driving West on NE 26th street, Fort Lauderdale. I found it odd to see that truck being that it was a Sunday. When I looked at the driver, he was texting and driving!!! This is extremely unsafe and dangerous.Please, please inform your drivers NOT to text and drive. He turned onto NE 15th street going North, towards the post office in Oakland Park. Truck # 0207410

WE AT BRYNTESEN & ASSOCIATES 3045 N FEDERAL HWY FT LAUDERDALE 33306 HAD THE MOST OUTSTANDING POSTAL SERVICE BY BERROTERAN, VICTOR MANUEL. HE HAD COVERED FOR DAVID WHO WAS OUT ON KNEE SURGERY FOR ALMOST A YEAR. WE WERE PRAYING FOR DAVID FOR A SUCESFUL SURGERY AND RECOVERY BUT WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU TO VICTOR MANUEL BERROTERAN.HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE WAS APPRECIATED AS WE ALL KNOW WHEN COEVRING A DIFFERENT MAIL ROUTE THAT THINGS CAN SOMETIMES NOT GO SO SMOOTH.
