No mail pick up or delivery again!

Lazy, over paid, rude and obnoxious.

I have a package lost in the mail. It contains my maintenance medications, worth over $530.00, which I have already paid for. I tried reaching Milton Post Office, 32570, by phone. After trying all morning to get someone to answer the phone, it was finally answered by a man who was rude, asking me why was I calling the Milton Post Office with this problem. I then went to the pharmacy where the shipment originated, and they said the Century, FL post office had picked it up. I called the post office in Century, and talked to the postmaster. She was very nice and said the package had shipped to the hub in Pensacola, and that she would email them and they would call me. No call days later, I went back to the pharmacy and to the post office. Still no answers, and no one else to contact. This just seems so wrong to me. The United States Postal Service should have established customer service lines. I was told there is no way for me to contact the Pensacola facility. Very dissatisfied customer.

Live in Milton and haven’t received mail again this year. This is more times than I can count but this time it’s my degree that is missing in the mail. The company that mailed it shows that it arrived at Milton post office but I never received it in my mail. I’ve also had certified mail with a red light camera ticket not arrive in my mail and I was charged for late fees on top of the ticket. I didn’t find out until my license was almost suspended. I didn’t even know I ran a red light by a few inches but I would have paid or appealed it if I had received the certified mail. Milton annex says I did receive the certified mail.. who signed for my certified mail ??

I have a huge complaint I live in Bagdad Milton Florida. My zip is 32583. The Post office in Milton has a different zip. They have a Bagdad post office 1 mile from me in Bagdad but said that's not my position office. Yet I can't get my mail and believe they send it back. Today I was expecting a new phone, it didn't come. I track it and it says there is no such address. I am sick and tired if their crap, and I want my mail. I want my mail now. I don't know what is going on. Also I have not received one package from my makeup club which I am also being charged for. I'm sick of this crap.

I am furious. The carrier where we moved to, came to our house (new street etc) told us to move the mailbox out by the main road bc she couldnt turn around on our road. The garbage truck can turn around why cant a regular truck? Then we move to where she told us to move it to and still no mail and the local post office called and wanted to tell us to move it Where THEY want it. Well guess what NOONE answers the dang phone, you go to the office and NOONE can do anything but leave message. Ive left messages for 2 week. Can someone that knows anything HELP?

I had a package delivery number 9361289706009428542403. It was delivered at 3 o’clock. The postal person put an open empty box In my mailbox. No one came by I went right outside to retrieve the package. I try to yell for the woman. I was very very upset why would you deliver an opened empty package? Why even bother delivering it? Had a package due for delivery on 2/5/22. I watched the mail driver deliver my mail to my box but decided to mark my delivery location as inaccessible for my package. This is the second time this has happened. When I called the 800 number they said it would be delivered today 2/7. I guess we will see. Good thing it's nothing perishable.

I scheduled a pickup for 01/18/22.. The carrier put my mail in the box and drove off without getting the package scheduled for pickup. I would like for someone to come get it today.

Terrible mail driver!!!’ Did not knock on door assumed I was not home when my car was in the garage. Also does not deliver mail on trash days because the trash can is about 5 ft away.

The mail in my neighborhood is constantly being misdelivered. I have not received my weekly magazine subscription in 2 weeks. I want to complain about our postman, he runs much later than other people substituting for him. It appears that due to his tardiness, he drives through our neighborhood way too fast. I feel it is a danger to our children and ask that it stop. Other mail carriers coming through here drive at appropriate speeds. I have been waiting for a package to be accepted by the post office for a week. Now it is supposedly being sent to Louisiana! What is going on there in Milton?

This is Weds. July 21 and we have not received any mail since last Thursday. Can someone help us out? I have tried to call but no one answers. A few months ago we were without mail for 2 weeks.

This post office is the worst post office I have ever done business with I'm not receiving my mail. sometimes my mail comes open I try calling your post office God knows how many times And no ones answers I will be filing a written complaint with the postmaster and with the BBB this just utterly disgusting and laziness yeah all should be fired.MY taxes pays your salary.

I have been trying to reach this post office since 8:30am. Unable to speak with a person. On the daily my mail is delivered to my neighbor. On the daily my neighbors mail and some people that are not my neighbors mail is delivered to me. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF RUNNING AROUND PLAYING MUSICAL MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday my daughters birthday present was delivered "to my from porch" but NO of course it wasn't there. This morning I happened to look over at my neighbors house before I left for work ... low and behold......there in a puddle of water in the pouring down rain thunder and lightening at the bottom of her front steps is my package! MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PRESENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not on her front porch under the over hang or in her car port, especially not on my front porch under the over hang or in my car port. Not wrapped in plastic due to yesterdays stormy weather. I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have coffee delivered once a month. It is delivered in it's original box which has an opening on top. small but none the less, open.. not to mention the fact that again it is cardboard. No matter the weather, it is delivered to my front steps. Again, not under the over hang and not in my carport. 9 times out of 10 it will have rained that day. Need I say more???????!!!!!!!!!!!! I am at the end of my rope with this mail delivery service. If you can't get it right and I need to keep redistributing the mail, I am going to need to be paid. I am also going to need reimbursement for the soggy packages that are left out in the rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two people with different last names live at the same address. Strangely, on most days, one of us gets mail, the other does not. On the alternate day, the other resident receives their mail. What's up with that? The delivery person should be delivering the mail by the address, not by the people's names at the address. And this is dependent on whether the mail is even delivered or picked up which is inconsistent. Mail is delivered anywhere between 10 am (rarely) and after dark (most days). We have to check the box several times a day to be sure there was a delivery. We have complained for years, but the various postmasters don't seem to be able to fire the carriers as they appear to be a protected class of employee. The seem to forget who they work for.

Don't bother calling them. They will not answer the phone! 😡

Mail to our house comes when the mail person feels like delivering...I have a informed delivery n I cant even seem to get that mail that is in transit when it says. This has nothing to do with covid this is a hit or miss mail person...I have called local office n let ring till disconnects, no answer.

The inside staff is fabulous. They are always patient and friendly. The mail carrier is not what I'm used to. When I lived in Mary Esther she would bring my packages to the door and ring the bell. I do live on an unpaved road and there are dogs on the property but most of the time they are not loose. The mail carrier could even drive up the driveway and honk, if someone is around they will come out. That's what UPS and FedEx do. Here they get left by the mailbox or even worse they leave a notice that I need to go to the post office to pick up my box. If I could physically use a cane to walk with and carry a box that wouldn't be an issue, but I can't.

My Saturday carrier dropped off packages and broke an expensive ceramic flowerpot and another cheaper one. Didnt bother coming to the door and say "I'm sorry" I broke your plants". Drives like a maniac EVERY day.

What's the point of having a direct line if you never answer and it goes straight to the operator and just ring, pregnant have a 5 month old and two 7 year olds I don't have the energy to lug all my kids in the car to talk to a manager when I could easily do it over the phone

I moved out of a shared home for a few weeks, never forwarding my personal mail. The person living at address asked “his friend” who is the mailman to stop putting mail in box. I was gone 8 weeks. Now back since May and I only receive mail when I complain. There has to be something I can do to have this person leave my mail alone. Just do your job and give people their mail. A relationship between a couple on your route should never be reason to toss my mail. I have no idea where this mail is, or how to get it. It would be nice to have more ways to contact someone in charge other than posting a review!

Everyday we get an email from the usps showing pictures of what mail we are receiving that day. Some days we get it but more often than not it is two or three days later. It seems like our postman runns on his own schedule. Sometimes i see him running his route on Sunday, like he just didnt do it or get finished Saturday and just stopped. Also it is rare that we get our mail befor 530 in the afternoon. I have asked about this and the reply i got from the postman was "well someone has to be at the end of the route ". Even though that was a funny answer and i understand that. Mail should be delivered during business hours so we can take care of time sensitive items. Maybe he should start his deliveries earlier since he cant seem to get them done on time

I have had wonderful service at Windsong Dr. I guess I have been lucky but looking at all the negative and knowing my good experience, I had to say something. Even at the post office my experience has been wonderful.

This issue happens much to often. Today the postal delivery employee again failed to pick up important mail and packages at 5800 Aviation Drive which was put in the box and flagged before 8am. It was discovered at 5 pm. I don't know if it's poor management or poor employee performance and with all the problems with the Milton Post Office it could be both.

Today, we were expecting delivery of an IMPORTANT item via USPS. I waited at home all day for the delivery and no one every knocked or rang the doorbell. I found a Delivery Attempt sticker which stated Sorry we missed you. THE USPS DRIVER DIDN'T KNOCK OR RING THE DOORBELL. I HAVE THE VIDEO AND I AM UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY A POSTAL EMPLOYEE.

Monday Nov 19th; Saturday Nov 24th; & Monday Nov 26th. I have had letters in my mailbox to go out. Flag is up. I have also noticed that my neighbors mail is not being picked up either. If that is the case, where is the mail we are supposed to be getting? This is the time of the month that I start receiving next month's bills to be paid. I have my mail in the box with the flag up around 5:30 a.m. I contacted the post office Mon Nov 26th to ask & I was told by the postmaster he would return my call. No call back.

I was wondering if my route is not run every day because it does not seem like it . I realize that volume might dictate certain runs but the post office is a business and can not operate on a loss .

I often get mail that is not mine. Yesterday (9/24/18) I got a notice of attempted pkg. delivery. It was dated 9/21 and said pkg would be available for pickup after 9/22. I went online to track pkg and it was listed as having been left on my porch 9/21. I was home and that did not happen. We need more reliable people delivering our mail.

I placed outgoing mail in my mailbox at 6 AM Friday, Sept 7, 2018. At 5 PM the same day I checked my mailbox and found the same outgoing mail still in my mailbox, flag still up. I reside at 6266 Alegre Cir., Milton, Fl. What happened?

We moved and we done a forwarding address, we are having problem getting our mail. I have had to call all of our utilities so we don't have them cut off. We went to the Pace location and come to find out there was a renter with our last name with no forwarding address. We need help.

We were out of town last week and the mail was on hold. I went to the post office Friday and picked up our mail and stopped the hold request. We got mail on Saturday. No mail Monday or Tuesday even though USPS informed delivery said we had mail both days. My wife had medical equipment due Monday. WE NEED RESPONSEABLE MAIL SERVICE.

Terrible! Services are misleading. Sister sent me a package from New Jersey to Florida as overnight by 3pm next day delivery. It got there 3 days later. So, By then I had flown back to New Jersey and the package was marked as return to sender. That was 10 days ago and the package is still sitting in Florida at the. SAME post office in Milton, Florida. I suggest using professionals like Fed Ex of UPS from now on.
