I am standing here now for 30 minutes on a line to the door. There is one person staffing the whole place. Now he’s taking care of passports of a baby who is obviously hungry, cold or tired and trying to take a picture which he finally took. Why on earth would you allow this post office to be staffed with only 1 person? Oh now suddenly there’s another person. As I text. This is really unacceptable service. Very upsetting. The service all around has been very poor. Why? Christmas cards not arriving at destination and not being received. If the staff is overworked, do something about it.

The passport clerk at this location is rude and impatient. I have never seen him not come off as rude to every single customer he encounters.

This post office has a broken mail door in the post office where you insert your mail. They have not done anything about it and they know about it. I mailed something last Thursday afternoon and the person I mailed it to in the same state did not receive it yet and this is Tuesday. I called their phone no. over and over again today and they will not answer their phone. I will never mail anything there again.
