The lithia post office workers are great , friendly, efficient and there,s a attitude not often seen anymore. It's like going back in time when courtesy was just a normal and expected thing. Hoo rha for lithia post office !

Horrible service! Twice I received a package that was damaged. Last I checked these are taxes paid employees - the postoffice needs to take action and address this delivery issue (at the end of the day - that is the usps core function….)

They use to deliver my packages to my house but two days in a row the post man didn't drive to my house to drop off my packages. He left a note in the mailbox that I missed him. I ask to make a complaint. The head lady comes out and tells me they don't drive a mile from the road but the thing is I don't live a mile from the road.

may 2018 i put my mail on temp. hold. i went north. did i have to put start up date on the form? do to medical reasonsi i can't come to lithia this year. if the mail started up could you put a stop on it? i will call you when i get down to florida.

The past 2 months my medication packages have not had any tracking updates. This is very disturbing because people can run out of medicine if they are not sure the package is on the way and going to arrive on the date specified. Last month my package was lost and went to the went the town. It was shipped from AZ to Lithia FL. Now currently.. I am experiencing the very same problems. I am not a happy customer of the IUSPS anymore. They did great for so long... but now it's been awful..I am so upset about no tracking in 3 days..

unfortunately due to your staff i was unable to receive a package. acording to to clerk at the counter
"I already closed out". in reference with my watch, radio time, and gps, i was there at 4:28 pm on 5/3/2013
she was assisting another customer at the time.unfortunately the tampa va hospital sends my medication to this post office/ signature required. ???????
