Employees ALWAYS talking too much! And didn't watch what they do! Scanning my shipping labels twice, or doesn't scan someone at all! Why I standing in the line, sometimes for a very long time? Because I need a proof!

Whoever delivers mail to my house always leaves my mail box open! That’s is illegal. While they close my neighbors so i don’t know what the problem is. And I have asked them close it.

I am expecting a couple of packages (one is my medicine) and for 3 days I have received no mail--I am afraid the mail person is delivering my mail to the WRONG address as I get my neighbor's mail several times and my neighbors have received my mail--it usually happens then we get substitutes and they don't READ the address--I have complained several times but it seems to fall on deaf ears

I have not received any mail this week...it is Friday July 9th ..3:42pm...Have waited all day to talk to carrier..and no one has come yet.

Keep getting mail to neighbors next street over. Now not recieving mail that had tracking number. Temporary carriers can't even read a correct address on a tracked item.

I have been getting store ads, flyers for many years and have noticed many stores including Ace Hardware stopped sending me ads,it's been diminishing more and more, Last week- April 25th to May 1st, I didn't receive any flyers or ads at all. This post office is the worst post place ever it been a whole year that they've been delivering my mail so late that I have to wait until 8:30 to receive my mail. I even call and the manager said that if I didn't like it and want it on time to rent a mail box..

Always get a tracking number. In Lehigh, them seem to deliver to the wrong address all the time. If you really have send something use FedEx(s@ck, but is better then the post office) or UPS. The next step send complaints to https://www.oig.doc.gov/Pages/Hotline.aspx#complainthotline

Took 28 day to get 1st class envelope from McCook NE to Lehigh Acres FL .Currently waiting for 8 1st class envelopes from lebanon TN 37087 to lehigh 33936 Oldest one is 22 days and counting . How long should it take to get these envelopes .Must be a flaw in the system to take so long . All mail seems to take longer to get here.

had a issue with a package and the nice lady took care of it for me over the phone. Be nice and most of time you get nice, if not thats on them. Very happy with their service in these trying times!

had a neighbor bring me a package to my house cause it was delivered to the wrong house a few blocks away. This package contained medications that I needed and the carrier I guess can not read english. I have not idea if it was the regular carrier whom I ve had many problems with or not . I would like hear from somebody on this matter

thieves. do not send anything threw this post office they steal boxes with presents & birthday cars with cash & gift cards in them !!!!!and nothing is being done about it,, its been reported several times. we have lost hundreds threw this post office.

The employees that work behind the scenes there are JERKS. They front desk people are usually great. Today I can’t get anyone to answer my call. My mail has been being returned to senders with a “address doesn’t exist”! I own a business so my customers mail is being returned! Wow! Get it together over there! Fire the incompetent staff. Remember that this is a right to work state. If staff is legitimately remedial. Common sense says let them go. PLEASE

We have had the best mail carrier in the world! I was very sad to find out that they cut his route and it was being added to someone else's. His name was Charles! Thank you Charles for being so awesome!

Attempts to call them failed. The phone number sounds like it is hooked up to their fax machine (and yes, I dialed the 239-369-9154 number).

The carrier could not fit my parcel from amazon in my mailbox so it was tossed out the vehicle and landed in the street??? So lazy to get out of the postal vehicle to walk 25 yards to my front door. All caught on HD video surveillance.

What the heck??? I keep calling the phone number listed on several legitimate websites and nobody answers. Today is not a holiday and it's already almost 10 am. The phone just rings and eventually goes to what sounds like a fax machine (and this is not the listed fax number). Some idiot must not know how to turn the phone on. Incompetency to the maximum degree!

Horrible. Used a credit card this afternoon to by 2 sheets of stamps (20) but the machine only dispensed 10 stamps ripping me off for $5.00. Just more of the incompetence you have to deal with living in Lehigh.

I would like to send a couple of photos of damaged mail, payments sent by our customers. One check had to be returned in pieces. Luckily the 2nd was able to be taped and scanned for deposit. Thank you, Larue Pest Management, Inc.

I have been living in Lehigh Acres for over 3 years, and we have one mail woman that's courteous and pleasant and always delivers our mail without issues. When she isn't delivering the mail is when we have problems, like not bringing packages to the door, throwing packages on ground inside our screened area by door, or just speeding down the street and not delivering at all.

It's Dec. 16 today, and a recipient in NY still hasn't received a card that I sent on Nov. 30 !! What's going on ?? You had a replacement/substitute mail carrier that day. I sent 4 other cards that day too. He most likely ripped-opened all of them to see if there was money !! And threw the cards away! Aren't they paid well that they have to stoop so low to look for money in cards ??

Worst Post Office ever. Pouring rain outside for days and my Carrier delivers a "Do Not Bend Envelope" . She does not put it in the mailbox but puts a PAPER ENVELOPE ON SOAKING WET TABLE in my porch area. What kind of brains does that take to put a paper envelope in water. DAH!!!! No common sense. Postmaster tells me carrier did not know what was in envelope. COMMON SENSE tells you it is from a school and Do Not Bend. SO BASICALLY POST OFFICE DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. Good thing they are paid good by us.

This post office is absolutely incompetent. My mail is repeatedly getting "lost" and there seems to be no end to it. I have lost several packages and many letters that show up as "delivered" even though they never arrive in MY mailbox. I have had neighbors showing up at my door several times holding my packages and I have had several people who took it upon themselves to steal my packages instead of doing the right thing. I'm exhausted and every time I try to confront a postal worker, they refuse to take any responsibility and basically call me a liar. They claim it's impossible my mail is getting delivered to the wrong place. Finally, when I came with there with mail that was incorrectly delivered to me, the lady had no choice but to accept I was telling the truth. She claimed she would fix the issue but I have lost THREE more packages since then. I can't believe this. I know that I can not be the only one this is happening to. This is completely unacceptable and I can't believe whoever manages this post office still has their job.

This post office has the worst service and staff ever, I mailed a parcel and paid for priority mail express, and two days later, the package is still missing, the tracking shows like is still in the middle of the way, and when I visited the postal office to put a claim, a very rude lady at the blue door simply let me know that I was out of luck, cause maybe the package was delayed because of bad weather or something, the detail is that I shipped the item to California, and there's no bad weather reported anywhere near that route, so obviously she's lying and stealing my money by not honoring their money back guarantee.

My daughter received an opened birthday card a few years ago and the money was gone; the postman took a little longer to deliver mail that day. We know that once mailed looks tampered with when received by the post office, that they put a sticker or stamped message on there apologizing for this error. This was not the case this time. Sticky fingers.

Hm, surprised to see those complaints - I am in Lehigh - seasonally - since 2005 and have experience in the 33974 and 33976 zips - my mail delivery/pick up has ALWAYS been absolutely perfect ! When mailing from the post office there were always line up, but they moved efficiently; at the counter the employees were friendly and helpful. So, I am chiming in because I can not say anything , but the very Best about the Lehigh Post Office serving Naples Ave as well as Clayton Ave.

Not sure what is going on with this post office. I have not received any mail now for two days. I think our regular carrier is on vacation. When you complain to them, they do not take any responsibility of accountability for their actions, or lack thereof. Smalll wonder that these lose 2 billion dollars of our tax money every year.

If you want wet mail, just move to Lehigh acres Florida!! Guaranteed to leave mail box open when storming!!!!!!! We have complained before and nothing is being done!! So how am I to pay bills when there not readable!!!!!! Way to go USPS!!!!! :(
