Package that did not fit jammed in a box and crushed have a pix of it.

I sent my parents some emergency supplies for Irma making sure they would arrive on Saturday. They were delivered to the Lady Lake post office Friday at 3:20 and were scheduled to be delivered by 8 pm on Saturday. I have no idea why they would NOT have delivered their packages today, because it was a gorgeous day there. Now my parents do not have their batteries, flotation devices foe themselves and their dog, and cell phone charger. Thanks lazy government employees for looking out for your clientelle, which happens to be a community of elderly people wo many times NEED their packages for survival. The U.S. Post Office isi nept and ridiculous. These days if they want to compete they have to be RELIABLE! Now i have no idea when they will get the package because the roads are closed down for the hurricane so THANK YOU LAZY POSTAL WORKERS!!! I couldn't be more angry at your complicit behavior.

no wonder the Post Office is in trouble with employees like the one at the boxes at country club hills what a sorry employee had an important letter to mail ask her to please take it and she replied not today her car number is 3214217 they must have a strong union to protect people like her

Mail forwarding from this PO is a disaster

I lost my mailbox key. What do I do?
