A package we mailed with the full address and a phone number was returned to the post office stating there was no address and could not be delivered. Now no one will answer the phone to get this package delivered. It is for a HUGE event happening this weekend and MUST get delivered.

Approximately 11 o’clock today Thursday, July 21 a.m. I was traveling west on Atlanticboulevard. in Jacksonville Beach. Right across from the post office I was in the third lane on the left and I had to touch my brakes because one of your city letter carriers was jaywalking 75 feet from the crosswalk. I heart my horn at him and he turned around and gave me a dirty look like screw you Is this the type employees that you have in your post office John PS I have been trying to call consistently since then to no answer at your post office

You need to get a hold of someone in the post office about a letter that was not received. that is very important to get it to you. never had a problem with getting my mail. it rings and no body picks the phone up.

I am leaving this review because I think something need to be done about the post man can stop your mail any time he wants to..and it's almost impossible to get it started again. We moved our belongings out of our house to remodel our home. The post man put a note in our box saying home abandon...therefore our mail stop. We were at the house on a regular basis and realized we were not getting mail not even junk mail..we began to hear from Companies asking if we had moved and for our new address because our mail had been returned ..we went to the Post office in person and the clerk said they would take care of it..two or three weeks later still no mail...we went in person again ...this time we were told a manager would call us and take care of it...never received a call...it has been several months now with NO MAIL I have called numerous times for it to ring 40 times and no one will answer the phone..I called the 800 number and still nothing has been done. We have lived at this residence 7 years and this needs to be fixed. Very unprofessional Post office.

I am not sure if this email will go through but I want to complain on the workers at the Jacksonville Beach post office. I walked in, and a line was forming around the corner, one of the workers clerk 7 walked from the back of the office and as walking out just said "internet is down" and just kept walking outside the building. As customers, we are confused wondering if that means we need to leave, still stand in line, etc. He then comes back in two minutes later and someone asked a question and he said "we are taking cash only" The lines starts going and I am getting closer to the clerks. A few people ahead of me go and I hear him saying, wont be giving change anyway. Mind you, no sign are up that the internet is down, they are only taking cash, and also not giving change (coins), nor are they letting the customers know as standing in a long line or before they do their transaction. It is my turn now and I go through with my certified and give a $20 bill. In the process, the clerk George who is next to clerk 7 - has a customer who tried using her card. She then says something, and clerk 7 my clerk rudely in front of a room full of people talk to his co-worker so disrespectful. He says "George, I already told you now we are not taking cards, why do you keep letting people try" I mean so embarrassing how he spoke to his own colleague. George didn't say nothing but silence for a minute and then tells the lady "that's why I said cash only". That is so unprofessional. Mind you clerk 7 has a mask on but not covering his nose. Then a Spanish guy is working behind them with no mask on at all and carrying conversations. As my transaction finishes, he hands me $6 back when my change should be $6.10. I said what about the change, he rudely said we don't have change. I am like, ummmm well thats my money what do you mean. He said mam we do not have coins (loud), then the Spanish guy in the back yells at me like I am causing a scene. First of all who does he think he is talking to. This did not concern him. Yall are taking many peoples money by not giving change back. I was so shocked how I was being talked to I didn't know what to say and my heart just beat so hard. Like I wondered if I needed to call the cops because no one that worked their seemed to care but be disrespectful. Yes, it is .10 cents, but change adds up when you are not giving customers their change back and not only that, I have to turn exact money in for petty cash with my job. I then turned around and told everyone standing in the room "hope you have exact change because they will take your money" that got attention and people did not even know their internet was down or they are only taking dollar bills. I just left and went back to work but this needs addressed. clerk 7 is always rude, this post office is always so slow as well.

First off it was true. Second, Karen? You must be one of the workers and feel defensive. Sorry not sorry. Y’all suck.

Very rude clerks at this location. The guy who wore a navy blue Wounded Warrior Project shirt on May 13th, 2020 basically blew me off and was of no assistance after inquiring about a service request I had placed a month ago.

apathetic, careless, indifferent, lackadaisical, passive, slow-moving, unconcerned, unenergetic, waiting for retirement to collect their pension, would be terminated from this job if it was in the private sector - a few words that describe the employees at the Jacksonville Beach Post Office :-(

This branch has EXCELLENT customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was able to assist me via telephone and the other location would not offer any assistance in person. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for Great Assistance!
