Got an email from Amazon that my package was ATTEMPTED by USPS. I was home -- no attempted delivery and no notice in the mailbox. Tried thru Amazon to get info, no luck. Tried USPS 800# three times. Worthless. Called Inverness Post Office and was told the package was "too big, and the driver's truck was too full with other packages to deliver." I was told I could come and pick it up! Now that's service for you. First class postal service. The government at its absolulte finest. We pay for Prime delivery, but the P.O. decides (based on package size obviously) whether or not the P.O. is going to be bothered to deliver. NOTICE TO POSTAL WORKERS: You work for us. We are the customers and Amazon pays you to deliver, so do your job, and don't have Amazon send emails about ATTEMPTED deliveries when it is an out and out lie.

Mon thru Fri delivery and pickup are perfect. The person who does the mail runs on Saturday at my house at 3101 E Deal St 34453, Do not pickup, Nor when she delivers packages she will put the mail in the box and the package at the door. During the week, If they deliver a package and mail they bring it all to the door. They will also pickup packages i have to ship. 2 Saturdays ago she refused to take my packages. And This Saturday she brought my package to the door, But put my mail in the mail box on the road. SMH just makes no sense. Its not efficient. Nor consistent.

I called the post office around 4:45 pm, today, according to your schedule, during business hours, but to my chagrin no one answered the phone. I wanted to report that I didn’t get mail delivery today and I ALWAYS get a LOT of mail every day. Please reply!

My packages are being delivered to other houses on th street. Behind bushes etc instead of my house in the enclosed porch. My house number is on house and mailbox. Teach them to read!

I have let this behavior slide several times. When you are working in customer service and a federal establishment at that, there’s no need to treat customers poorly or try and make it seem like they are the ones at fault. Period. I purchased a money order, and it was returned back to me, damaged, ripped almost in half. The woman at the counter, who’s name is Nancy proceeded to be extremely rude almost to the point of being inhumanly, proceeding to say they may not even be able to replace the money order. She then went back to speak w her supervisor, and took quite some time in doing so. This is not the first horrible interaction I have had with this woman. Point blank period it makes your establishment look bad. I’ve had no problems with any other employee, they’re ALL very welcoming and just overall nice. This is customer service, if she’s this miserable at her job, perhaps consider changing fields? And it didn’t stop there, at this point I was agitated and asked to speak w the manager, who then appeared to be bothered by this. What I don’t understand is that this is your job so what’s the big to do? Her name I may misspell it but what she told me is Gio Bryan. I expressed my issues and was very upset atm, I proceeded to say I’m going to need her name, the employee and a phone number for HR bc this whole scenario was absolutely unacceptable. She then said, with an attitude, are you asking me or telling me. Extremely rude and I wouldn’t suggest any interaction w this supervisor or the woman Nancy. It’s as if they just didn’t want to do they’re job and it was quite obvious that when something comes of this, which it will bc I am going to proceed to report to whomever I need to and make calls speak with who I need to etc. The behavior was absolutely unacceptable and I’ve never felt more, they were just truly ignorant. Yes, it agitated me. But nothing to warrant the person in charge to then also catch an attitude w me when this was the post offices fault in the first place. The next thing is the fact that I had to pay for additional postage. So, in conclusion, you guys messed up, got an attitude w me and I now have to replace the postage? I don’t care about 50 cents or however much it is, it’s the precedent. Again, I Repeat, as far as Nancy goes, this was like the 4th time she was just out right ignorant and I’m not accepting that and will do what needs to be done as far as legalities are concerned. UFN: 114305-0545 Receipt #: 840-53200247-1-5066589-1 Clerk #4 Nancy. Please keep in mind this is not the first time something like this has happened, when you work in customer service there’s a certain way to speak to people. I’m not perfect nor am I saying I am, but of course this all agitated me given the circumstances. I was not telling your supervisor to do, but when she said this is when I realized they will probably both have the same story painting me out to be the one at fault. It’s not right & I will not be using this location any longer, I’d rather drive miles away then to have to deal w that woman and now apparently the “supervisor” I’m using that term very loosely. My belief is that whoever is the main person that handles these situations, maybe pay closer attention to what’s going on and how people are being treated. Good day🙂

I had my mail put on hold from 12/08 - 12/11 and all accumulated mail was supposed to be delivered on the ending date of Friday 12/11 but instead, I didn't receive it all until Monday 12/14. Not Friday, not Saturday but MONDAY. WHY? This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. AGAIN...... WHY?

I had a wheelchair to be delivered today and the person delivering it said they attempted it and left a notice and it was a lie, we were home! Now my dad has to wait 2 more days to get it! Very unhappy right now.

I live right down Moccasin Slough in Inverness. Every Saturday the mail person fails to get our mail to our house. They normally post, attempted to deliver mail. They will say that the dirt road is too soft. If it was, how has our normal weekday mail lady been able to get our mail to us every day. I'm done with not being able to get our mail on Saturday, done. This is pure laziness.

For several months have often been receiving other homeowners mail..makes me wonder if I am receiving all of mine? We always make sure it gets to correct home-but this seems to be an ongoing issue.. Our mail is often crammed in the box, sometimes wet, envelopes bent, papers torn..it is obvious that no care was given whatsoever to the condition mail is delivered. There is also one delivery person in particular who has extremely poor driving habits..flies around the corner with music blaring so loud you can hear it down the street..there are young children in the area and homes with pets..does this person really need to drive like a maniac in our neighborhoods to deliver mail?? This is not the level of service we have grown accustomed to receiving from the post office. So sad and so disappointed. Please hire better drivers who actually care about the job they are doing and who care about whether they run over someone or not! This is occurring in Inverness Highlands area.

I have not received any mail for over a week. Called yesterday and the staff told me the carrier for my route had told them to place my mail on hold. The PO staff member found my mail and said it would be delivered today. I made one call to the office and was told the carrier had not returned yet. I went at 5:22 p.m. to check the box and no mail was there. Now the office is not open. Contact me.

Need someone to answer the phone. It's off the hook so they are not bothered, so you have to drive down there 🙁 Horrible if you are out of town trying to reach them.
