It is understood that a small town as Grand Ridge FL, doesn't require but minimal staffing but to reach any human at this location is a miracle at best. Not only is it a feat to ask anyone there anything, the mail carriers are not far from being inept as well. No specialty package is delivered instead, a note placed in mailbox. It is also understood that certain items need to be picked up in person, but when there never seems to be anyone at that location it makes getting your own personal mail close to impossible. An order from Amazon was placed and supposedly delivered as promised on a specified date. It read on the track your package that it was delivered on front porch in which I was home all day waiting to receive said package. When checked it claimed the package had been delivered 2 hours earlier and after approximately 7 to 8 times tearing all of my porches apart it was no where to be found. I can understand not wanting to exit vehicle due to laziness, but to actually document a delivered item when none was delivered is fraud.
