Hello I have a package sent from china to the name of haughton diogenes are three packages that have not been sent to my mail service I am from panama and I am very worried about my packages which were delivered on April 17 in their offices and not Known of the whereabouts of the same please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org

I never have a problem in 30 years with any mail carrier, but this one....OMG!!!! Is one of the most lazy woman carrier I ever met. She refuses to get off the postal vehicle to deliver the mail at a Mobile Home complex. She put as an excuse that was a small dog barked at her. The dog now is kept in the house, but still, she doesn't get out to deliver the mail. Her excuse now is that there's a car parked on her way. She can't walk 5 steps to place the mail in the mail box??????...So if the mail box isn't on the curb, she wont deliver. I don't know if will be worth it to go to the office and do a complain. I'm very close to call a couple TV stations to record her "working". This Branch like Evaristo said really, but really SUCKS!!!!!
this branch......SUCKS!!!!!!....never answer the phone, their pick-up service the worst....what's up guys....you are getting paid from taxpayer....so, get the job done....and really well, for people like you it's why the USPS it's falling apart and closing branch all over the country!!!
USPS is in financial trouble because of competition and falling consumer demand due to electronic alternatives. But there is another cause -- poor service. They don't answer phones; don't deliver mail (we haven't had service in 2 days, which is why I was calling the post office); and courtesy is an exception as most of the employees are RUDE and act as if they are doing you a favor, not as if they owe their livelihood to that fact that you have mail you are entrusting to them -- for a fee!
This USPS office has to be the worst. I got yelled at cause I drove to the back to drop off 20 plus pre-paid packages. The lady in the receiving said that I had to go inside to make to form a line to drop off everything. I've been dropping off packages for my business for 6 years without any issues at other Post offices. I was going to give them a heads up but I'm going to the Post Master to complain because, like Joe said, They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!
I 100% agree with Joe. Why wont ANY of the dozen post offices in Doral pick up a freaking phone! My package said it was delivered but was not. WTF USPS. I wont use your services any more. I'd rather pay extra for a better customer oriented mail service.
