I have politely asked ( and even placed a reminder note on my mailbox ) for the mail carrier NOT to place the mail on the outside ledge of my mailbox. It happened again today as the wind was whipping up and sending my mail flying around mine and neighbors yards . Why is it so hard to place the mail inside of the mailbox where it belongs? I then tried to call the Coral Gables branch post office where no one answers. Of course it doesn't seem to matter because this same issue has been addressed before, and it continues to happen. It is so frustrating to think that an important piece of mail could ( and has been ) flying around the neighborhood never to reach the intended person that it was sent to! Is there anybody out there who can make a difference?

I live in the 33145 Zip Code and the Mail Person assigned to this area is always delivering the mail every single day, while others are pretty much early I have noticied. It is the worst mail service in the United States of America and something needs to be done. This guy need to retire and give someone else a chance to deliver the Mail on a timely matter for all Residents in the Miami-Dade County. Do something about it,please?

This is the WORST post office i have ever dealt with! Everyone is disgustingly rude, & i honestly do not know why they have a phone. THEY NEVER ANSWER! If you can avoid this place, you should.

This USPO is the worst I have ever dealt with! Never seen Govt employees so damn rude!

The mail lady who delivers our mail at 255 Alhambra Circle is the rudest individual I have EVER encountered. Every single day, she gives us a horrible attitude. She is the most unpleasant person I have ever met.

There is a guy named Lawrence that refuses to scanned your prepaid package because he is forbidden to do it, the systems does not authorizes him. This is the biggest lie of all, Ive been scanning them my whole life and never got a response like that. He said, that since my package got a special rate he is not allowed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Horrible service, I went to pick up a package that was not left at my door. The manager said it went out for redelivery but never arrived. Sonia you are a total b****.
