After years of touting the USPS as better than UPS, this P.O. has made a liar out of me. Since they started using contracted mail delivery, everything is hit or miss. Maybe the mail will come at 9AM, maybe it'll come at 3PM, maybe 8PM, maybe not at all. Maybe they'll try to deliver a pkg on Sunday and not leave a delivery notice. I think this is part of the republican effort to privatize the P.O. out of business so UPS and Fedex can take over and charge 3 or 4 times as much for equally bad service. Dump these horrible contractors with their 50% turnover rates and poorly paid amateurs. Bring back REAL mailmen who stayed on a route long enough to know which end is up and who took their good jobs seriously. I'll gladly pay extra if that's what it takes.

Horrible postal delivery! I mailed my mothers birthday card out at my address on April 16, 2018 from Brooksville, Florida to Homoassa Florida! She did not receive it until April 26th 2018! It was stamped April 20th, 2018! The important Birthday card wAs not received until April 26, 2018! This is horrible and I also have other issues receiving my mail to my home!

This post office is terrible along with it's employees. I live in Weeki Wachee and my post man/lady comes about 4 times a month. Someone in hiding would get more mail. I do not even receive junk mail. I buy stamps which are supposed to be for a service, one that I am not getting. I have two bills that have been late three months running and thus cost me at the very least $150. My out going mail does not go. I put a bill in last Monday and on Friday I drove to Pasco county to put in in a mail box down there. The lazy driver turns around in my grass leaving a rut. You add all this up and it is annoying to say the least. I am not one to complain but enough is enough so I called the Brooksville Post office, after confirming my address the lady asked what the problem was. After I got about two words out she said she "had to count change" and put me on hold for over ten minutes before I hung up. I don't know who to go to now, all I know is that I have had enough.
