Called the phone number, rang about 30 times, then picked up and hung up. Worthless pieces of shit for customer service!!!!

This post office is terrible along with it's employees. I live in Weeki Wachee and my post man/lady comes about 4 times a month. Someone in hiding would get more mail. I do not even receive junk mail. I buy stamps which are supposed to be for a service, one that I am not getting. I have two bills that have been late three months running and thus cost me at the very least $150. My out going mail does not go. I put a bill in last Monday and on Friday I drove to Pasco county to put in in a mail box down there. The lazy driver turns around in my grass leaving a rut. You add all this up and it is annoying to say the least. I am not one to complain but enough is enough so I called the Brooksville Post office, after confirming my address the lady asked what the problem was. After I got about two words out she said she "had to count change" and put me on hold for over ten minutes before I hung up. I don't know who to go to now, all I know is that I have had enough.
