Sorry service. My check from work comes by mail. I get an email each morning showing what is coming that day. Well low and behold, my pay check was to be here on TUESDAY and today is WEDNESDAY and guess what , not CHECK. out carrier is incompetent apparently. 60,000.00 per year and perks and this is what i get.

I haven't received my mail in over a week, supposedly we have to lift our mailbox up 5 more inches up off the ground, it was 40" but it's got to be 45"?!? Since when...? This mailbox been here for 10+ years the same way. Who do I get ahold of?

We've had no issues for the several years we've lived here, but suddenly we get a new postmaster, and they're requiring us to modify our entire mailbox on short notice, or withholding mail entirely. Now, in the midst of a pandemic, we're expected to forego social distancing to pick up mail in person? All because the mailbox is a few inches short? Not only this, but they're deleting all negative reviews on Google, so apparently a government service isn't fond of free speech!
