The absolute worst post office out there. I am a current mail carrier and these assholes make up lies to their customers then don't answer the phone when you call back after they hung up on you. The whole place needs to be reported and replace the whole staff including the post master. I'm half tempted to drive over their and knock that prick that answered the phone the hell out!!

Right now I'm furious since I've moved to Smyrna Delaware I have not had that great of a service for over 40 years living in NJ I had great service here you never know what time you're going to get your mail and today my carrier obviously just drove by my mail box because my flag is still up from yesterday this is totally ridiculous my carrier here in Smyrna don't seem to care about service I wish there was a higher up to go to for USPS because it's not the first time this has happened to me there's always junk mail

I'm a Vietnam Vet. and get my meds from Va.,Delivered by Smyna,De. P.O.and on saturday11/12/2016 mailman left a card in my mailbox saying they have my Va. meds and I can pick them up on Monday 11/14/2016. So I called Smyrna P.O. and explained cercumstances I have been out of my meds for last 3-days.He said he would contact driver to swing back by my house so I could get my meds. Never did show up and still do not have my important meds.I'm very upset they I have no way to get them.I could have drove to P.O. and picked them up if the driver did not want to come back. Disapointed and without my much needed medication. Gary Babin

I know exactly who Frank D is talking about! That man is rude and nasty. He asks as though the customers are a nuisance and an imposition. Guess he doesn't realize that without customers, he would not have that job. Unless I have no choice, I always seek out another post office. It's a shame that his superiors do not do anything about him.

I really cannot stand going to this Post Office and its a shame that one bad apple spoils the bunch. Every time I go there, I get the same postal worker waiting on me and he is very rude and acts like he hates his job, I have heard him being rude to other people too and he is arrogant and I really wish they would transfer him somewhere else or he would get a job he likes, because frankly I am thinking of changing to Cheswold post office because of him.
