Incredible staff of people at this office. Nice, informative, dedicated and kind. Best post office I have ever been in as I am not a number there...I am a person. Great staff.

The Selbyville de office needs some serious management. I have called and stopped to talk 4 times about a package. Everyone I talked to said they would make sure I got a package that was in our communities drop box. A week and half later, they returned the package to sender. They rarely answer the phone, you have to call and call and call (and and and) to get someone to answer. They say they’ll call you back. They take all the info, never a call back. Horrible service and very clueless. They say their just to busy. As a small business owner, if I handled customers like them we’d have zero clients. Ive seen USPS commercials, I guess they are made to be funny. I have yet to work with any post office with that mentality. UHG!!

I asked the Selbyville Post Office to hold my mail beginning on July 21. I went to pick it up on July 28. It is now August 3 and I still don’t have my mail. The post office does not know where it is and neither does the annex building. I have contacted Representative Ron Gray to look into this matter. So, where is my mail?

I mailed two packages from the Selbyville PO. Now, I admit on one package I transposed the numbers on the zip code. It’s been a week. I have checked the tracking numbers for the last 3-4 days and both said in transit. The second package with all correct info was sent to Massachusetts?! When I called the post office to inquire about said packages, I spoke to a worker who was abrupt, rude and condescending. I readily admitted to writing the incorrect zip code on one package. Which in turn she kept harping on, I admitted my error. Instead of getting the help I needed, I was told well now we have all these phones and such where you can get the info and the tracking info. My reply, I understand that. I am just trying to get info on my packages that is not available to me on the tracking site. Doesn’t the Post Office have a set of checks and balances? Her response that’s why we have all this computer access you can use. So, I guess she didn’t want to do her job. I will never mail a package from this post office, ever again – rude workers, inadequately supplied with mailing boxes, labels, envelopes and prone to too many errors.

We moved to Selbyville De. in June 2016. At the time we did not have a mail box since this is seasonal home. We had mail sent to us, but it was not forwarded....I am trying to find out where this mail is? We have since put up a mail box, but no mail as of yet...Isn't it suppose to be returned to sender?? No one has gotten any mail back? We are looking for some important mail? So where would we find it?
