Well apparently I am going to a different post office than all the people writing reviews below me. I have always found the whole staff to be friendly and helpful. They are willing to help however they can. I have never had any kind of problems with any of the postal workers there and will continue to use them for things I can’t do from home

The counter people are really rude. And not helpful at all. The manager is really rude so I guess the staff thinks its ok to be that way also! I called to get help with a Christmas gift I mailed but lost my tracking number receipt and she pretty much said sorry can't help you. They are overpaid government workers that will not go above and beyond to help. I've been a customer since 1982. I have no choice other than to go here and they know that. They just don't care about their customers. And I have a lost Christmas gift that is very expensive and for my friends' new baby boy. THE POSTSTAL SERVICE NEEDS TO BE DEFUNDED!

The older man, the manager, was very disrespectful. More times them once. His tone in his voice is mean and he is not helpful ever. I gave it another chance to go back after a couple of years later, because this is my local postal. Will never do it again.

I know a lot of people aren't wanting to work due to being able to sit on their butt and collect probably more then they were making working and they have to hire the bottom of the barrel people, but the way these employees are is completely inexcusable and ridiculous. They are rhe most rudest people I have came into contact with.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to go to. The employees are awful, they seem so bothered by you just being there. They definitely need new staff asap.

Is this more proof that Trump and his cohorts are purposely slowing the mail. At eleven AM went to mail a package at Ocean View. They were closed for lunch. I was told this lunch closing just started this week!

At 10:45 this morning, Saturday, June 13, we watched a USPS delivery truck flying up the road in Bear trap dunes neighborhood. This truck was easily going twice the speed limit which is 20, and blew right through a stop sign in the road. On Willow Oak Avenue. He or she had to swerve around bikes and pedestrians.

Not thrilled with this post office. Employees are always short - always seem stressed out. Not that helpful - don't seem to have answers for general questions. More helpful in Frankford.

I love this post office. All are so helpful. Polite and patient with sometimes very silly questions Which I should have thought out before asking) Even our mail delivery person is efficient and polite
