I called the Post Office in Wolcott, CT to get a simple question answered. I called 3 times and after being on hold waiting “for the next available agent” a recorded message prompts me to enter a code. I have no code. I just wanted to speak to a human. It’s difficult to go in person so I needed my question answered before leaving but no one answered the phone. Is anyone actually working in that Post Office?

I have always loved the front desk employees at the Wolcott, CT location. Always friendly and helpful. I've been in this town for 43 years and always loved the employees.
