I live in elderly apartments in East Windsor but 10 Main St Windsor Locks is our post office. Our mail lady is NEVER here before 530pm usually 7 pm. We have a mailroom with letter size boxes. She delivered a 15 X 16 X 2 package. Instead of putting it at my door which would have been the right thing for her to do; she rolled it, stuffed it in the letter size box so I couldnt even get it out!!! I have complained to her. She yells and says she wont deliver my mail anymore. I called postmaster and got the brush off. RETIRE HER!!!!!
