I’m trying to find an amazon package that was transferred to USPS from UPS on 6/20/19 at 12:08 pm and never arrived at my P.O. Box in Westport, do you have any idea how I find this package? Lawrence Kennedy P O BOX 325 Westport, CT 06881-0325

Waited all day for envelope needing signature, never came. Went to community mail box and found another "sorry we missed you note" . No one even tried to deliver, wasted a beautiful day.

May 3, 2019 To whom it may concern, We moved to Westport, CT 06880 in August 2016. We soon realized that we had a serious “mail” problem. Our home is at the end of a circle which is surrounded by properties in Wilton, CT 06897. The Westport post office will NOT deliver our mail. After many trips to the Westport Carriers Annex to retrieve our mail it was decided that our mail would be placed in an envelope addressed to Wilton, CT 06897 and mailed to us. That worked for a while because that gentleman took it upon himself to help us and sent it regularly. He retired in January 2019. It is back to being a nightmare. We do not get our mail. I am told it is being held until they can fill the envelope. That has created envelopes that split open because there is too much mail in them. We pay over $17,000 in taxes to Westport and feel this is totally unacceptable. What right does the post office have to hold our mail? Our bills and personal mail should be delivered daily! Please advise how this is going to be corrected! The Robinson Family 16 Woodway Lane Westport, CT 06880

Whoever is answering the phones right now is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever spoke with on the phone. I can't even believe how she talked to me, was completely unhelpful and in fact was yelling at me after not being clear herself. She should be fired for acting like that..
