Ruben is a very considerate and kind man. He is always careful with our mail, and shows a dedication to his job that is rarely seen these days. We are sad that he is retiring, but we wish him well. Though I tell him all the time, I just wanted it to be known that his thoughtfulness and concern are greatly appreciated. I hope the next carrier shows at least 1/2 his dedication and respect. Ruben, you will be missed.

I live in wallingford housing , east side terrace, 06492. My mail carrier name is Katie. On 3-1-2017 I was woken up with my dog barking at 5 a.m. With my screen door slamming against my the wall opening and closing because Katie never shuts my door. You have to open my screen door to put my mail through the slot door. Now my screen door is all broken. Even on 3-2-2017 when she delivered my mail she left my door wide open. The screen door could still close, cause I had to take the screew off my the door stopper it was all bended. When she on vacation other mail carrier always take there moment to make sure my door is shut closed. I live in elderly and disability housing complex. Some of us are ill i don't think if she took the few second it could of avoid all this. I am very ill. I called in to your office to talk to her boss he was very rude to me, because I didn't want to give him my name so that she doest start holding my mail or playing with me..i had seen Katie with my own eyes that she has time to stand around to talk to other neighbors in my complex for at least 20 minutes. All im asking for a few second. Thank you very much
