Just went in to mail a priority package. The place was not busy at all. I had a few questions about taping the box and where to place the mailing label. The young woman who worked there was rude and unprofessional. Snapped answers at me when I asked questions. Terrible customer service.

Went to the post office today around 12:30. PO closes at 1pm. There was a long line and people were patiently standing in line unfortunately only 2 clerks are available to help. That’s fine but one of the clerks Nancy was complaining loudly why people are coming in close to the 1pm close. What an attitude and totally unbelievable! Obviously she’s just there watching the clock and can’t wait to get out by 1pm SHARP! Feels so entitled! Sad!

Sad to say that I cannot leave an outgoing pc of mail in my mailbox when our regular mailman is away. Several important checks were placed in my mailbox last week, taken by the mailman and never made it to their desitination. Life insurance being one of them.... why aren't these ppl taking their jobs seriously? If I wasn't diligent with my bill paying I would have to pay a penalty or lose my insurance...

Just had it withe Trumbull P.O.; all rude and very loud and know it alls, in particular the short Latino man. He interrupts you before you even finish your question. Have lived here 24 years and everyone used tob so nice. And they NEVER answer their phones. Why even keep this P.O. open? Automate everything. Monroe P.O. employees are much nicer but they don’t seem to be able to handle problems.

Wanted to thank the employee that served my daughter today. I wanted my daughter to talk ask for her stamp and pay and the lady at the desk did all that I could have asked for ... she asked her a couple of questions about what she needed and was ready to explain if my daughter was unsure. Thank you Trumbull Post Office ... :)

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever had... My family and I went to the post office in Trumbull CT to have our passport done, only to be greeted by the extremely rude man that works in that department. I believe his name is Ramon..1st he started by rudely asking us "why you here" and then demanding us to move by the mailboxes. We figured he was just having a bad day, but as others arrived to also get their paperwork done he greeted them with the same response and manner. After waiting for about 1/2hr to be serviced the rudeness at the counter was even worse. He began by looking at our infant and asking "the baby too?", of course we answered at which point he began to make a fuss on how that was "such a pain to take the baby pictures" and then continued to tell us on how "the equipment there was so bad and horrible." He then started to complain on how he was out for 6 months and he comes back to the "garbage" that his coworkers left and continued to with his smugness by now belittling his coworkers by talking to us in a Spanish. He for some strange reason keep on telling us that we were Cuban because of our last names, which were are not, but he argued about it. We just agreed as I just wanted to be done. After we took the pictures, thats when it really started to go down hill as he began to tell my wife that she has "a lazy eye". At which point I tried to keep my composure as all we wanted to do was get this done and leave. He then complained on how we wrote on the paperwork and then complained when I rewrote the whole thing. Now weeks after we filed, we have received letters from the passport service, stating the pictures that were used are no good and now need to be redone. As this of course now delays the arrival of our passports. If the post office is going to employ such disrespectful people, I would truly advise everyone else to go to another post office

Perhaps a am stupid for doing this, but mail is mail and it shouldn`t be stolen. I sent my daughter a birthday card with cash inside because she doesn`t drive and can`t go to the bank and she never received it. I am so sick of thieves stealing from those in need. My daughter can`t work . I put the b-day card in the mail box and i believe it was taken in this post office. My mail is always mixed up with the neighbors or i don`t get any. I live in Bridgeport for so long with problems, and for the past 4 years i had nothing but problems. My packages are open or crashed. I have never seen anything like this.

This post office stinks - go in a little too close to closing and they are so busy trying to shut the place down (twenty to five) and then they invent bull crap policies so they do not have work. This is why the USPS lost Two Billion dollars and is hopeless - they will go out of business because they have zero appreciation for customer service. Too bad - but they encourage me to find ways not to do business with them. It is a really sad!

When I walked into this Post office this morning, the first word from the guy at the counter was "where are you from?" - I am an Asian guy - . He kept harrasing me with jokes like "Are you going to play basketball when you go back?", something about Dennis Rodman, etc.
So, Asian folks, watch out for this office, you will be harrassed by a Redneck clerk.
