The manager at the Northford location should be fired immediately- she is the rudest and laziest manager I have seen in a while. I feel sorry for the other employees there who seem to be such great workers.

Line out the door, one very slow and IMO,clueless employee behind the desk and the Post Mistress comes out to exclaim, "where'd all these people come from?" She waits on a very elderly couple, one dragging an oxygen bottle, whose package was returned destroyed after not being delivered to their relative in Afghanistan. We all listened for 5 minutes while the Post Mistress first told them he must have moved and then blamed them for an incomplete address while they explained they had no problem with that address for Christmas or any other time and had used it for over a year. She offered them no help or suggestions other than to tell them to go online and try to get a refund for shipping. She then closed her window and left the other 6 or 7 customers to wait for clueless. I was shocked that the Parents or grandparents of an American Service man would be treated like this by a Govt. funded agency.
