Ridiculous service to griswold hills mail all mixed up in the boxes, packages not delivered just left on a shelf for anyone to grab! not to mention you can’t get a hold of the Newington office to have your mail held while away! Buckets of flyers left on the concrete to grab yourself! Terrible since the older woman retired!

For the last two years, I've sent a check in for the invoiced amount and both times, have been told the money received is not enough to renew the po box. This is ridiculous. This is for a nonprofit. Not only did they return the check, they increased the P.O. Box cost by over 20%. When I try to call back to the number and rings and rings.. nobody picks up. It is frustrating. I'm still trying to call them to find out what the status is. If you can help, my cell is 860-214-5996 thank you. randy

I have just moved to Newington and live in apartment. I believe that I am not getting my mail . There are bills that I Should have received at least A week ago. The mail comes unreasonably late, getting mail for unknown people, and mailbox is not locked after delivery.

Yesterday, I received 11 pieces of mail that belong to several other people! I have lived here for 2 years and have had more issues with the mail than I had in 21 years in West Hartford....

They NEVER answer their phone at the Newington, CT., office, and there is no voicemail to leave any message. Extremely exasperating.

I have terrific postman and postwomen deliverint my mail but there is a new young woman on the route who hasn't the sense to pick up the mail that is clearly showing in the mail box to be pickup up by her. If other post people can figure this out for over 50 years that when mail is clearly visible in the mail box to pick up I don't know why she hasn't the sense to do so. So when she doesn't pick up my mail I then have to drive to the post office in Newington to drop if off. Someone please train her!

I am not sure what the purpose is to add this review if it is not going to be read by the postal employees. the review is to them. I would cherish the day when my mail is not delivered to my neighbors. My neighborhood has a different carrier almost every week and they are equally horrible carriers. My neighbors should not be able to send me text messages and pics of my mail bc it was delivered to the wrong house yet again. Really guys???!!! YOu can do better. THe house number is on the mail for a reason. Get it right!

I hadn't received the grocery flyers for over 3 years now! My postman hates to get out of his truck to deliver anything to my door. Sometimes we notice he drives past our mailboxes then swings back around to drop off. And sometimes we don't get our mail until 5 or 6pm!!

Tried all day to get ahold of Postmaster to try to prevent an undeliverable package from getting returned to sender. Tried calling lical phone number, no answer. Even my local post office tried calling for me. She couldn't believe Noone would pick up the phone. And we wonder why the postal service is going downhill.

I work at home and I can see when the mail is delivered everyday. So tell me how they say my package was delivered at 9:22 am when the mail wasn't delivered to the complex till 12:30? No package was delivered! Calling the PO is an exercise in futility. Why have a phone if you never answer it. Absolutely disgusted.

Dismal. According to the tracking information, my package was delivered to my mailbox today. I was home and watched the mailman come and go -- no package. If it isn't here tomorrow I'm going to raise ... If it wasn't delivered how can they say it was? This isn't the first time this has happened either.

A long time Newington resident - Haven't received our mail yet - it's 6pm and no mail truck / person in sight - it is snowing however the snow didn't start until
3 pm- and it started as light snow - I can understand no mail delivery tomorrow (blizzard) but not today - the majority of today was fine.
