the mail does not come at regular times like it use to sometimes at noon and sometimes late in the afternoon is this going to be the norm thank you Al

On more than one occasion, I've watched the postman walk up to the duplex I live in, deliver mail to the home next to mine, and then walk away without delivering to me. The walk is shovelled on one side, as are the steps, but access to both doors/mailboxes is available once on the landing since there is no snow there. Very poor service.
