The Glenville Postal Station is a disgrace. It's run down and understaffed. Carol is the only one who knows anything. Today a man was on duty. He was disheveled, unshaved and his government issue sweater was covered in lint. He moved in slow motion and was unable to maintain focus on what he was doing. I requested flat rate boxes because there were none in the lobby. He shuffled into the back room and said "there are none". I waited for Carol to return from lunch. I asked her for the boxes and she brought them out. In the meantime, a long line of customers had formed. The guy needs help. Something is definitely wrong with him. Perhaps he's suffering from early dementia or is on medication. Please get him help and send in some competent workers.
