Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. A video of their behavior is all over the internet. Shame on them!

What is wrong with these Post Masters? The guy at Enfield carried on like a kid throwing a tantrum, no wonder all the other mutts carried on. It’s really pathetic. What a disgrace.

You service at the P.O sucks. Anytime Amazon hands off a delivery to you you screw it up. The one thing you are supposed to do is deliver stuff and you're so incompetent you can't even do that. That's why they say people who work at the post office do so because they're too stupid to get a REAL job. You're lazy, incompetent and worthless. And you suck at what you do you pedestrian fools....

Unfortunately we lost our longtime mailman to another route. It has been a circus of different delivery people since. There has been a guy that used to cover for our regular guy, & several women delivering, also. They have been doing things a lot differently than we are used to. C. would carefully put our packages "and" mail over our front porch railing by the door with our mail bound in an elastic underneath. He didn't leave the mail in the box at the curb & bring the packages separately to the door. Today, Dec. 22nd, one of them bent a large bubble wrap envelope with a heavy cardboard folder containing a glass, tablet protector, in half, and stuffed it in the mailbox with another medium sized bubblewrap envelope. Of course the screen protector is cracked in half. Two days ago we received another package left in our side porch containing a large glass light shade all smashed. Packages have been left in front of our storm side door where we cannot open the door (instead of to the right of where we step out) or they've been left under the door where we can't see them, so when we step out, could cause one of us to fall. The excuse was the door was locked...doesn't matter. Place the packages to the right on the step, away from traffic, if the door is locked. We receive a lot of packages and soon we will be requiring packages to be picked up. We would hope that things get better. When they are nicely asked to please do something differently they seem miffed. It would be great if everyone is trained the same way so that the recipients aren't left in an uncomfortable position trying to correct what they are doing. Their reasoning is, that they aren't going to be the "regular carrier," that it's probably going to be an older gal. I think we've dealt with her already. Hopefully everyone will have a very Merry Christmas at the Enfield P.O. Thank you to C. who was a great carrier, always considerate, helpful, and kind. We miss him already...never had to worry about these things with him as our carrier.

I know it's the holiday season, and I apologized for reading off a tracking number too fast for the postal employee. He was very short and hung up on me. I was just trying to verify a tracking number that was given to me for a missing package. Sorry. Happy Holidays!

I am complaining about my package that was delivered to the wrong address today. My complaint is that the person opened the package when it was addressed to me. I have received my order so no problem there. I just wish the carrier had been more careful reading the address. Just had to vent.
