I was just in the Cromwell lPost Office this afternoon to buy a money order. Three people carrying 2-5 boxes each came in within a few minutes of each other. The clerk manning the only station open called a young woman named Julissa to come help. She had to be called twice before she came to open up another station. After a few minutes, she left the station obviously having forgotten something in the back room. When she came back she stood and just looked in my direction...no greeting, no "may I help you". I asked her for a money order. She, with a very unpleasant attitude, responded "I don't have any, you have to go over there" and nodded toward the other clerk. My impression is that she either doesn't like her job or doesn't want to be there. So, I had then lost my place in a line of more people. I decided to leave and go back to get my money order later. I don't mind going back but I do mind dealing with people like Julissa. I have utilized this post office for the 30 years I have lived in Cromwell and have never encountered anyone working there who had such a poor attitude.
