There Customer service sucks totally inadequate what is the purpose of having that department if theirs never anyone there to answer your phone call in regards to questions and or info smh

I called the POST OFFICE 4 times and never got a person to pick up the phone!!!! How busy can these lazy postal workers be!!! They get paid to much money and they are spoiled and lazy !!!

I called this office and the one on main st in Bridgeport CT, I got forwarded never got help and now I try to call back and no one pick up my calls. I've been calling for an hour straight. I feel like they're literally ignoring me on purpose. Bad customer service.
