I filed a formal complaint online on Adam and I received an email of a supervisor to contact her. I would advise of anyone with issues for mail being returned due to extreme weather like we usually get in the winter is unexceptable for 10 business days. I had many situations with Adam and I will put him in his place for letting him know that I have no problems for continiously reporting him to his supervisor. If people don't speak up than nothing will happen. I complained about the lockers suddenly broken when Adam arrived and requested a work order which was forfilled on this complaint. I asked for more bulk mail lockers to be installed and removing these useless table space and retail that no one can use. This is stuff that can be stored under the table, if needed to rework the space for more lockers. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT!!! https://www.uspsoig.gov/form/file-online-complaint

They have Adam at this post office now. He is the most rude and obnoxious person I have met in a long time. I pay for a po box that he refuses to put mail in because he is lazy. His job is to fill the boxes and take care of people at the counter. He does neither. How can someone like that still have a job.

Not trust worthy. Mail ends up in wrong boxes numerous times. With identity theft you would think they would take the time to ensure mail goes into right box. That is why we have a keyed mail box so mail doesn't get stolen. Fill out paper work to have packages delivered to house inside of gate. Then you see the mail carrier coming while you are standing in yard and he leaves a note in mailbox that he tried delivering the package. Which is a lie, so we have to go to post office to retrieve our package for the second time in a week.
