When I filed my (T G Flooring, Inc.) quarterly returns, here is what happened; 1) One was returned for insufficient postage. When I took it up to check it, I was told it was fine! 2) I was told that taping a torn stamp was NOT ACCEPTABLE! This stamp was torn in the roll I purchased! WHAT ??????? It is a good thing that I was not out of town on business because these VERY IMPORTANT returns would have been late!!!! I use the Post Office on 300 W South Ave. Over the past several months, the service at this location has gotten worse & worse. Something needs to be done. In this example, there was nothing "WRONG" with these two pieces of mail. If these would have been filed late because of your issues , I would have billed the USPS for the penalties and late fees. 1) There was nothing wrong with one of them! 2) For the second one, I have always taped stamps that were torn! WHAT ??????? YOU INSISTED THAT I SPEND AN ADDITIONAL $.49. THIS WHOLE ISSUE IS RIDICULOUS. I suggest an investigation at this location, STARTING with the IGNORANT POST MISTRESS! Thank you!
