Why is our mail not getting delivered.Not just packages are sitting at the post office.We are not even getting our mail.I have also herd the counter is closed when you go in there.So we can not even get our delivery if we go in to try to pick it up.We pay alot of money for delivery of packages.Some are very time sensitive!What is the deal here???????

I submitted my forwarding address to Laura, in person, on May 20, 2020, effective 5/20/2020. I've received two pieces of forwarded mail since then, at my new address in Boulder, CO. I called today, and discovered that there is mail for me sitting in the Ridgway post office that has not been forwarded. One of those pieces of mail was a package of supplies I paid for and that I needed for a conference I'm attending this week. I didn't have any of the materials for my conference.
