I need to report the employees and the postmaster of this location. They are terrible. They refuse to put my packages in parcels lockers. I have been asking them to please do so as I can not get to post office when the counter is open. I am not a government worker. I leave town before they are open and come home after they close. I also am not in town a day or two a week. They told me today they only put packages in parcel lockers for residences who are in town everyday. If residences are in town everyday during PO open hours they could go to counter. I can not. They told me they will return my packages, and have done so in they past. They give preferential treatment to some and substandard service to others. I have been a resident in the state for 50 years, just not here, and it is clear they treat me like an outsider! Prejudice stuff plain and simple!! They are not just not just unreasonable, they are rude to me and my wife. They should not be paid with public dollars. They need to be replaced with honest public employees.

I've been in a few times since my mother passed away. I've always been greeted pleasantly and have gotten assistance no matter which problem I was working on, weather about the county's plowing the mailbox or fixing a forwarding.

Unlike some of the other posts, I have nothing bad to say about this post office. This is a small town, and the post office open hours and service are fine with me. Also, my delivery individual may be the best I've ever had, and I'm an old guy and have dealt with many post offices in my lifetime. Thanks for doing your best.

The service from this post office has gone downhill in the past nine years. I have a carrier who does as little as possible and is rude. I missed a pick up from the parcel locker so she left me a rude note about my delivery being returned to the PO if not picked up in two days. I got a delivery three days ago.. ok, I've been sick .It had been posted "delivered to parcel locker". I didn't see a note and called the post office, they said they didn't have it. They told me to file a complaint with them or contact my credit card company (I don't use a credit card). Then he got rude. I saw the box in my yard a few hours later. Clearly the mail carrier forgot to drop it off in the locker.

This post office is very unprofessional and extremely unfriendly! The mail is put in the boxes several hours past 9:00am. I have had my P.O. Box for 20 years at the Parachute location and in the past 5 months the mail is distributed at their leisure. The office smelled like marijuana the other morning when i went to check my mail. If these people don't want to work, i believe there are plenty of people who need a job. i would suggest someone with authority check into this location.

Received this notice for expected birthday present. Clearly wrong, everything is easily accessible no fences, no nothing. Was sitting a foot away from the front door, delivery was never attempted, yet this is what the post office said: Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible Parachute, CO US

I had a complain about my packages not being delivered and went to the local office and was treated horribly and very unprofessional. I have never been treated like that by any other company. I was talking to the front desk lady and she said to me “okay bye”and waved her hand so I could leave. There was another lady that kept trying to talk over me. I had also called earlier and was lied to about the location of my package. They were very mad that I came in to voice my complaint. Will never use them to send anything ever again.
